No that's why we have the problem. No one spoke out. Now there is opposition to these laws and the new ones they're trying to pass that will take a husband away and destroy a family against the very wishes of a wife for the most trivial reasons even if she hits him and he does nothing. The public has to realize how nuts this is and how the destruction of families is major contributing factor in child violence. And it won't go away. That's what I want to expose. Putting your head in the sand doesn't work. Jamie Nelson lost his whole life as he knew it and his child on an obvious false rape charge. The publicity and the reversal of his conviction was supposed to be a lesson that it shouldn't happen again. Then why was I jailed and put on trial a few years later when the evidence was I was with police and they had my wife's boyfriend under surveillance when he claims I was supposed to have walked into the kitchen and threatened to rape her? What better alibi and witnesses could anyone have than two cops. They still jailed me before a conviction and put me on trail when the prosecutor had a copy of the notebook and two full police reports saying I did not threaten my wife and the police stated her boyfriend lied. LIED is the exact word in the report. Just like these anonymous liars on the TTI Thread. He LIED the police said so. But at 62 years of age I was jailed, beaten up, my ribs broken, in solitary confinement. For 10 days not allowed to call a lawyer, the Ombudsman, a minister noone. That is against the law in Canada. I was told by a young punk guard I was in for sucking little boy's c**ks with the implication I would be beaten up or killed when returned with the rest of the prisoners. I was saving extra socks hidden in my shoes (that’s all you have loose in solitary) so I could do what Jamie tried to do, end my life. This is my Canada. | ||

This organization helps children with their rights world wide. It is not a non-profit organization. It is funded by concerned individuals. A lawyer from the other side of the world called to ask for help on children's issues. The Ombudsman again in front of a legislative commitee just yesterday "slammed" the CAS in Ontario over abuse of children in their care and a number of deaths of children in their care and the lack of accontability of this non-profit organization! dave Want help, or just read how they take on corrupt lawyer, especially children's lawyers, corrupt judges, perjurers in the CAS, and unlicenced CAS workers, some who have quit rather than face exposure by this organization and show kids how to excert their rights and be heard, and how to write letters to politicians, Ombudsman, and council families on how to negociate, rather than let unscupulous lawyers lead them into fighting so the bastards can rape their equity. I just remembered you can see a picture of yours truly nearly naked in a demonstration in front of the courthouse in Milton Ontario. A man stopped in the middle of his busy day to "strip off" and demonstrate with us But the Ombudsman got the message and at least this time did what was right. They sided with the children and "slammed" the Children Aid Society". Some of the child's relatives had flown all the way from Europe to attend the hearing in support of their 3-year-old family member. Of course we all know that CAS does not like to have families see its dirty work so lawyers routinely ask the judges to kick people out of court so that there are no witnesses to CAS lies and deceptions. Forcing family members out of court is standard procedure in most courts where CAS are involved. CAS lawyers claim it is to protect children but in reality it is to protect CAS workers and lawyers. Just a few days after this hearing, a teenage girl was charged for murdering a 3-year-old child in the care of the same CAS agency in Ontario. Also attached is a copy of an article regarding the courts in New York State. This article describes how opening up the courts after the death of a child in that state has actually helped to reduce problems with child protection agencies and helped to reduce abuse of children who are in care. It has been found that things have improved since opening up the courts. It is time that the courts be opened up in Ontario and that CAS lawyers be stopped from the practice of emptying the courts of witnesses. Even members of the press are often kicked out. Secrecy by CAS agencies in court is resulting in abuse of children in care and contributing to a lack of accountability by CAS workers and lawyers.
