This is a loosely linked account of a relatives activities relative to her membership at Ramtha's School of Enlightenment.

In the late 1990's my sister announced that she would be making a trip to Nepal with a friend of hers. Frankly, I was surprised but did not think too much of it. I understood that Nepal was an interesting country and quite scenic. Nonetheless, my relative departed on her Trek with her friend and by all accounts had a great time.

About one year, later my relative made a second Trek to the Kingdom of Nepal on a solo expedition. I assumed she had such a great time she wanted to repeat the experience. I do know that the family was worried for her safety as she was traveling alone in a very underdeveloped country. Again, by all accounts, she had a great time and all went well.

Then the news of Ramtha came out and a few things began to make a little more sense, at least, in my very UN-enlightened mind.

A little background on Ramtha. JZ Knight claims that Ramtha was "the first known God" who conquered the region that is now Indus, Tibet and, yes, Nepal. Well that explains the interest in Nepal. A little trip to the hometown to check out your guru's credentials. I always heard JZ Knight hailed from someplace in New Mexico, but hey, whatever. This is how deep JZ Knight's followers buy into this stuff.

What else do they buy into? I can only imagine the true reach of Knight's influence. Let me just summarize that you will find components of all of the following belief systems within Ramtha's School of Enlightenment:

Women as World Savior

Militant Feminism (ie the current world order is a mysoginist conspiracy)

Apocalyptic Ecofeminism

Anarchy

Revolutionary Gnosticism

National Libertarian Socialism

Earth Liberation

Animal Liberation

Anti-Capitalism (ya, go figure)

All very far left.

You can do your own research. It is safe to say, all of the above elements manifest themselves in the belief systems of students at Ramtha's School of Enlightenment (RSE). So it would appear that RSE strikes virtually every aspect of a students psychological makeup. Spiritual, political, motivational, and ethical systems are all changed for many of the followers of JZ Knight.

Well, the question might be, "What does this have to do with Nepal?".

There is a little, to use Ramster talk, "event" going on in Nepal. It is called the "Peoples War". To make a very long story short, the Peoples War is a terror war on the ruling constitutional monarchy of Nepal. The Peoples War takes a political and a militaristic approach. On the political front the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist Leninists) (CPN-UML) is seeking elected positions in the ruling Parliament. The militant Maoist rebel movement (NCP-M) is the result of numerous splits within the communist party structure in Nepali politics. The Maoist rebel movement is a splinter faction of the predominant CPN-UML political party. The Maoist Rebel factions have undertaken a campaign of terror in Nepal attacking police and other government installations. According to some accounts, the death toll in the Peoples War is at about 5,000 (maoist and government deaths).

Well the question might be, "What does this have to do with RSE?".

A group closely allied with the CPN-UML party is ANWA (All Nepal Women's Association). ANWA is the largest womens association in Nepal. According to the ANWA website, the organizations objective is to "eliminate all forms of gender discrimination and exploitation on women". Recall the belief of the mysoginist conspiracy within RSE. JZ Knight, well, I guess she says it is Ramtha, states that “So women have been abused by men and herded by men through religion to perform according to those religious doctrines." Again, an example of a belief system based upon a mysoginist conspiracy against women. The common theme is the exploitation of women. Fair enough, I will not argue the ANWA position or the RSE position. It is, what it is. However, I would question the validity of the methods used on students at RSE which manifests new belief systems within the student body. My relative seemed to have a normally functioning, ethically balanced belief system before her involvement with RSE. She now holds a radical and militant view based upon a belief in conspiracy and male domination of the current world order. Not healthy and not objective, in my view.

Well the question might be, "What does this have to do with your Ramster relative?".

The answer is E-mail. Yep E-mail, and E-mail addresses.

You see, I found several messages that had been sent from Nepal by my relative. Of course the messages included return address information and these days we all know how to Google.

INSEC - Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) was founded in 1988 in order to cater human right services to the grass roots people and general public. INSEC is an independent, non-profit-making and non-partisan human rights organisation. It is based in Kathmandu and has branches in all regional centres of Nepal.

INSEC is a "Non-Governmental Organization" (NGO) human rights organization in Nepal. While INSEC maintains an official nuetral stance, there are reports that the NGO is sympathetic to anti-government movements in Nepal.

So what. Read on Mcduff!!

My relative sent e-mail from the address of a Krishna Prasad Subedi while in Pokhara, Nepal>

According to the Nepal News:

"Human rights activist Krishna Subedi of INSEC in Pokhara was quoted as saying that two rebels, including a girl student, were killed when police opened fire on them."

And according to the INSEC Yearbook for 1997:

"INSEC has accomplished a tedious task such as to collect information about the situation of human rights from various sources and places in the country. This is really a commendable task."
- Advocate Krishna Prasad Subedi

Maybe, maybe not....who knows. But it is curious.

My relative traveled with someone in Nepal by the name of Deepak Adhikari, whom which she, by all accounts, shared a close relationship. They were in Pokhara together and then traveled to Kaski, Gandaki in the hill country which is the area of origin for the Maoist rebel movement in Nepal. The Gandaki area is the current hotbed of Maoist rebel activity due to its proximity to Kathmandu.

According to the Nepal News:

Another terrorist was shot dead in the military offensive at Kholkhole of Gorkha district today. Security forces gunned down Deepak Adhikari alias Binay on the spot when he defied the army’s order to surrender himself.

Gorkha is in the Gandaki region near Kaski.

A gentleman by the name of Khag Raj Adhikari was the local candidate for the Unified Marxist Lenninist party in the Kaski region.

Maybe, maybe not....who knows. But it is curious.

Well cynicism is not my game, however, given the level of secrecy that my relative is engaged in I am very curious about her activities. I did ask my relative about the contacts in Nepal. When I asked her about INSEC - "I have no idea what you're talking about." When I asked her about Subedi, "I don't know what you're talking about." When I asked her who Deepak Adhikari is, she said, "I have no idea what you you're talking about." Well, if you have no idea who Deepak is, then why the heck are you sending e-mail from Nepal saying, "Deepak and I are doing great", "Deepak loved the shirt", "We will be with Deepak's family ... the address is Kaski, Gandaki"?When I asked her about JZ Knight, she said, "I have no idea what you're talking about."

Well you might ask, "Why don't you ask the recipient of the e-mail?", well that individual is deceased and of course my relative, the RSE student, has a strange role.

Oh one last item. The friend of my relative, the one who made the first trip to Nepal. She is the former President of the Keiko Foundation. Remember Willy the whale. Remember Animal Liberation.

Recall the story of Lori Berenson who is currently imprisoned in Peru. Sounds oddly similar.

look for the link to JZ's presentation to the Global Peace Initiative conference.

This is a video presentation made at the The Global Peace Initiative of Women Religious and Spiritual Leaders. The initiative is well, read it for yourself. But check out JZ - she is one spooky woman.

I read your post with great interest. Do you have any information that would link Ramtha's School of Enlightenment with the secretive Nepalese Temple of the Club-Footed Yeti? My Austrian half-brother, Rolf, received several emails from a woman named Audrey Wolfe shortly before his disappearance in Nepal last year. The emails from Ms. Wolfe made several obscure references to the Temple. I have since come to learn that Ms. Wolfe is also affiliated with Ramtha's School of Enlightenment.

Rolf was last seen by two Australian trekkers travelling in the foothills of Sagarmatha National Park in March, 2003. He was in the company of two Sherpas. He has not been seen or heard from since, until last month, when my sister-in-law received a tattered letter in the mail. The letter contains a crudely scrawled message about the Temple that appears to have been written in animal's blood. As luck would have it, there is no return address.

To date, the Nepalese authorities have been exceedingly polite but largely unhelpful in my efforts to find Rolf. I am convinced that finding the location of the Temple is the key to locating Rolf. Any information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I KNEW ROLF

Since your message was posted was posted over two years ago, I hope by now that you've found your half brother, Rolf.

I knew a German man named Rolf Glauert when I lived in Rainier WA in the early 1990s. Rolf stayed at my home a couple times when he attended retreats at the Ranch (where JZ Knight gave channelled seminars). At one time he owned a pizzeria, he said---and said that it burnt to the ground during a fire. He then started building commercial smoke stacks, and was
still building them when I knew him. Before Ramtha, he was a devotee of some Eastern mystic, a picture of whom he wore around his neck at all
times. It supposed the picture was for good luck. I didn't know. Overall he was a very friendly person and a gentleman, having black hair and a thick build. In Germany he had a wife, and I think some kids. I still have his business card. Since I don't speak or read German, I can't tell what the letters mean. But here is what it says:
