When will we ever educate the NTCC community as to the definition of slander? American Heritage Dictionary slan·der n. 1. Law Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation. 2. A false and malicious statement or report about someone. li·bel n. 1. Law A false publication, as in writing, print, signs, or pictures, that damages a person's reputation. 2. The act of presenting such material to the public. If it's in print, it's LIBEL, not slander. (i.e., anything on this forum.) And if it's TRUE, it's neither. Got it? | ||

Thank-you. Thank-you for finally proving us to be wrong. See, it’s not that hard when you try (we will charitably assume you just weren’t trying before). The pressure is now off us after two years and seven months. Take heart, we really do not know it all as mklo proves above. We will now admit we do not know everything nor are we always right; this is just a libelous report that is being circulated that we did nothing to stop. This was wrong. Since there are many things we know much about and are not averse to sharing them on FACTNet we can understand how this libelous report could get started. We always welcome a teaching from a Hater (or anyone else) that proves us wrong and shows us the right, as we don’t wish to live in or teach error. We will endeavor to never again accuse Haters of slander. So from now on, as we remember, Haters are libelous and gossips not slanderers and gossips. And yes, we are mindful of the requirement for something to be false in order to be classified as slander or libel. We will continue to point out the Hater sponsored libel of God’s New Testament Law. Having said this, meet us over on the hair/pants/alcohol/tithe/holy ‘kiss’ pages; allow the momentum to build from this first step. Maybe you can begin to have the same success there disproving what we have shared thus far as you have here above regarding our repeated aggressively inaccurate use of the word slander. Again thanks.
