Okay See Thru, I'm carrying all of our posts here to this thread:

Will you please provide examples of Hate, Jealousy and Bitterness that you have found on this forum?

P.S.: the Devil spoke the words of Christ also...but that was no reason for anyone to hang out with the dude, was it? Should he have been given a "pass"...just because he "spoke the words of Christ?" That's a bit "out there"...wouldn't you agree?

I've been catching up on some factnet reading this afternoon...inbetween bouts of coughing and blowing my nose...and you say that you've been in the organization for 22 years and "what not"...correct?
What is it that causes you not to post who you are?
And, I'll ask you another, more specific question:
You said that you haven't seen examples of things which have been posted on this forum about the organization. That is a very broad statement. Could you get specific? Could you please tell me what things you read on this forum which caused you to say to yourself, "I've never seen that"
Are you saying that you haven't seen ANY of what is posted here about the organization? Or just some things.
What are those some things?
Also, are you a minister in NTCC?
Have you ever hosted a fellowship meeting in a local church?
If so, did you think it was right to send all the money taken up in the offerings off to Graham?
If you think it is o.k...why do you think so?
Do you also think it is o.k....that folks like Vic, and Scott R. and Steve B...(and really all of us who have served in the local church)...never received anything from their escrow accounts? When are the escrow accounts used...and which individuals get to benefit from them?
Do you think that folks like Davis...should allow people to eat at McDonalds and then send all the money off to Burger King to pay for their meals?
Should one man reap the finances of another man...EXCLUSIVELY? Meaning...the man who was there when the finances were earned...the one who did the hard labor...and the "digging out of the work" (i'll use terminology you are familiar with)...or the "stepping in to take over a failing work"...should he not reap of the money...instead of the leadership of NTCC?
Is that what the Bible says?
Sorry for all the questions, but since you've been around such a long time...you must know whether you agree with these policies or not.

some of the things that you listed i have seen,
WHICH THINGS HAVE YOU SEEN? You are being vague again.
but i wasn't there in pittsburgh, i wasn't there in virginia, i wasn't there to hear the words, the tears, the pleas of other,
IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU WEREN'T IN THOSE SPECIFIC PLACES...You've been to Graham, right? You've been to conferences in Missouri, right?
i am not denying this, i am not saying there should be one accountable, just the filth that is typed on here, the name calling, that is all i'm getting at. i realize anything i say-can and will be used against me, i can handle that, no problemo. but as you put it, the hate speech. don't know much about escrows, our church is not quite that big yet. yes i hosted fellowship meeting over the years.
did you know it really wasn't all that long ago, we as the host pastors got to keep the offerings, gasp.
O.K...so you are telling me that the host pastors used to keep the offerings? Why then did it stop?
i don't know for sure but i think it was creating problems because some of the offerings were bigger in some churches then others, and you know jealously creaped in.
THIS STATEMENT OF YOURS IS SO LOADED...I'M NOT SURE WHERE TO BEGIN.
First off: You say that you don't know for sure. So, what are you basing this explanation on...is it hearsay? If you do not know for sure...then what are you basing your knowledge on?
Second: you say, "But I think"...does that mean you are just coming up with some reason yourself?
Because:
Third: How would anyone know what another church got as an offering? And, not only that...I can't think of anyone who even cares or cared. Not only that...how did this jealousy come about or creep in? Did someone say to THE LEADER: "Sir, how much of an offering did they get in Cleveland this month?" and THE LEADER RESPONDED: "Why son, they got $50 more than you did up there in Detroit last month"
First of all...who would let that kind of information out? Are you saying that there are preachers in NTCC that are so petty that they compare the amount of an offering taken up in a Fellowship Offering by asking one another? Are you saying that folks called the office in Graham to find out...and someone in the office told them? You're surely pulling our leg with that one...because the office is reknowned for the blank stare or the silent answer...when you ask a question which you should not.
What are you saying?
Who was jealous? How did they know to be jealous? Who provided them with the jealousy-causing information? None of that makes any sense.
And, because this was...what?...rampant throughout the organization...this jealousy factor... that the LEADER's hand was forced and he...went ahead and said..."That's it folks...we must stop this jealousy and so...all the money comes to Daddy".
The implications of what you are saying...are outrageous.

What are you saying here? That to get the offering for hosting the Fellowship Meeting...to meet the bills, and maybe buy the pastor and his wife a meal or something was taking money for working 10 hours, but making 40?
Isn't it then more absurd to send the money to Graham...when they didn't do any work at all locally? To take from the mouths of the local assembly....the members and their families and the pastor and his family...to feed Davis and his family?
Is that what you are saying? Because that is how I am understanding it. And, I might not be the brightest bulb, but if I am reading it that way, then very likely there are some other dim bulbs that are reading it the same way.
Please, for our sakes, will you elaborate?

OH, WE ALL KNOW ALL TOO WELL...THAT NONE OF US WERE "here" FIRST. Davis has made that plain through the years...the only thing is...he would like us to believe that he was
here...first...with God and the formation of the earth and the angels, etc.
And, I must also add my voice to Vic's in asking you what you think about the hateful postings of Mike Kekel and George Jordan and David Nelson and Fired up and the other
"notables"?
Maybe we'll have to revisit those posts and make a thread with just their postings. Then, when times like these come up...we can refer folks to that thread instead of putting them through the trouble of finding those postings on their own.}}} |

My husband and I have been trying to figure out who you might be...based on what you revealed about yourself.
We came to the conclusion that being as you've been around about 22 years, (I think that is what you said)...then you can only be one of about three people...because everyone else from that time frame has left NTCC.
Given that...we still cannot figure out your identity. |
