Pilgrum, I hope your still here! The last thread got de-railed and I was one of the guilty. So if you please, I want to re-post this. Once again I really am sincerely interested in answers to my questions. I promise it's not a booby trap and just want to hear your sincere thoughts and answers. You now have "intransition" listening and he was considered an elder/shepherd in Florida and Im sure he would like to join in as well as lets_be_real. I ask that everyone else to please remain civil here and pray we can have a constructive conversation... "I'm not going to try and pin you in a corner with some tough doctrinal questions. I just want to see if the TT has eased up or re-thought or re-considered some of your major tenants. You expressed that you all might not be the "Bride" or that you might fall short and Messiah will not return because you fell short of properly preparing the "Bride". Doesnt that ring of "works salvation"? Shouldnt the "Bride" be prepared by something other then human hands? Even in this day of modern communication/internet do you feel that there might be "Flocks you know not of"? I know all 12 Tribes are established (I realize there are other factors that need to be in place also. BTW What ever happened to the "apprentice program"? Truthfully!) so has the 50 Year "Race" begun? How do you all plan on observing a "Sabbath Year"? Will you only literally "let your fields drop" at the couple of actual farms you have and continue as usual with all your other industries or what? Do you still believe you will raise up the 144,000 virgin males in 50 years?(The Zakar) Do you still see a community "in every place"? Thousands of them? One last question... When is the last time you read the Book of Galatians? Do me a favor, re-read it. Its a short book so it wont take too much time. This time read it with a different mind set. Imagine the book was sent to the attention of The Twelve Tribes Communities/Commonwealth of Israel instead of the Church in Galatia. Then get back with me... Shalom! (I know you are forbidden to have true peace with this defector but so far I have it with you brother! Yeah I know, Im not your brother anymore....thats a bucket of HOGWASH!!!)" |

i am also interested in some heart to heart conversation. the last TT member i spoke to was over the summer. when i disagreed with the idea that the holy spirit had not been on the earth in 2000yrs i was told we had nothing more to discuss and was cut off. it really makes me sad. the time before that the person i spoke to seemed more interested in what i did for a living instead of answering any questions i had. |

to nabashalom: i have not ignored your questions You said: "You expressed that you all might not be the "Bride" or that you might fall short and Messiah will not return because you fell short of properly preparing the "Bride". Doesnt that ring of "works salvation"? Shouldnt the "Bride" be prepared by something other then human hands? Even in this day of modern communication/internet do you feel that there might be "Flocks you know not of"?" what I said was that it is yet to be proven whether we will be faithful as a bride that will hasten the return of Yahshua. I did not say we might not be the bride. That's a bit different. Just as the first church knew they were the bride but did not bring about the end... history could repeat itself could it not? We hope to be the bride.. we hope to be the fulfillment of all the prophets foretold about the kingdom that would be raised up in the end of time to usher in the new age... surely you have heard this before??? As far as other "flocks" we know not of... well, sure there could be other flocks we know not of... if so & we are of the same spirit we would have the same life since we would find ourselves part of the same Body so to speak... but we have been searching for over 30 years for other flocks & have yet to find one in which we are equally yoked. Seems that if there were other flocks we'd all be hearing the same thing and that would draw us together as one, perfectly united as Father & Son, that is what the Son prayed for isn't it? So, do I "feel" there "might" be other flocks I know not of? Sure, I'd like to think there are & perhaps we just haven't met yet. But ultimately there is One Body, one faith, and one Lord & Savior. So, however many "flocks" might exist on planet earth I believe that the prayer from the Son to the Father will be fulfilled. Jn. 17:23 Unless we just want to toss out the Bible and forget the entire thing altogether. At least if we are going to "believe" in the Word of God we could embrace the heart of His Son. I am sure it might be difficult to see this being lived out in the TT but the full light of day has not yet dawned. In fact, it's not even mid-nite yet... that's all for now... I'm hittin' the hay. |

Thanks for hanging in here! I know you have to get up REAL early! Now come on..."I did not say we might not be the bride." then "We hope to be the bride.." Where is the difference in that? Now about other flocks of "like mind". What about the ones that were real close but wouldnt give up coffee or had different diets than you guys? Did you refuse them or visa versa or was it mutual and you both believed you were of not the same mind. And both thought you were right? "But food does not bring us near to God; we are no worse if we do not eat, and no better if we do." OK, you went for the easy questions. Now, what about the Sabbath Year? What about picking the LAW back up? Now you say you want to complete what the first church did not. Then why are you trying to do it by picking up were the OT Priests and the Twelve Tribes failed? Did the first church try that? Not according to Pauls letter to Galatia. Or maybe thats what Galatia was trying to do and got scolded! What do ya think? And if yall fail, will Messiah not return? Will the world end without His return? It sure looks like we are in the last days. I dont think we will last another 2000 year round... |

About 4 or 5 years ago I proclaimed at a Friday night meeting that "we were on a waiting peroiod". I was corrected and told "we were betrothed" - it was going to happen. That was in the midst of some pretty heavy problems and drove home to me the denial that is present in the TT. |

So what do we have to do to hear from Pilgrum again. Do I have to bring up the tithe and something about a jet-setting guru? |
