Just wanted to ask, how is everyone doing?
For myself, I needed to take some time away and regroup. I find myself wondering how you all are - especially the newer board members. |

Ya, it was a lovely day here too. We spent it outside doing yard work.
I'm okay. The Bishop's investigation coming to a stand-still was predictable, but also discouraging. I think I had hoped that things could be looked into by the church, and that there could be some learning in that alone. |

I imagine in due time it will inevitably come back to the church looking into it again. I wouldn't be too discouraged at this point, it's just the natural course of things. |

I am completely discouraged - the writing is on the wall. The church is not interested in developing with life today. This is an opportunity for the church to increase awareness. Instead, they have shown that they are more interested protecting their institution as it sinks into oblivion. |

Im doing okay and am at peace. The church response is typical and does not come as a surprise. I had no faith that the church would do the right thing. I have left the Anglican congregation and will be looking for alternatives. I still have faith in God's church..just not the human beings that run it in his name. |

This whole process (ie investigations, etc.) will take a long time. I would not get too discouraged gcc1981grad. |
