Yogi Bhajan founder and head of 3ho has died. He was an authoritarian leader who was overly involved in his follower's lives. He leaves behind a business empire and thousands of followers.

Many people wonder what will happen now that he is gone. Will the strict dress code, alternative naming system and strict diet still be adheared to? Although he has appointed a "spiritual" and a business board of directors; many wonder if there will be political infighting and jockeying for power.

Let the fun begin.

I read in one of Bhajan's obituaries that one of his companys made over $1 billion/year. When you consider the power that brings, it is no wonder he strayed far from the spiritual core of Sikhism. After all, how can any human being not become corrupt by this kind of wealth? I expect that the infighting for control of this wealth stream, and the power it brings, will be brutal.

I also expect that all of the outer displays will remain the same - at least for now. The potential successors will not want to look unfaithful to YB by relaxing dress codes etc.
