Why champ talk people over and over again over the same issue?
Is this a sign of the same person, the one who repented, still doing the same thing yet to new disciplees?
If your discipler did do something wrong (which is highly debatable as one needs to TEST EVERY WORD RECEIVED) then why critique them over and over again. JESUS WAS CRUCIFIED ONLY ONCE!
What gives you the right to make them pay for your frustration with this place?

If you are concerned about reputation then stop the same action that you do over and over again - it is the same thing!
Why in EN do they feel that they need to disciple people and try and control them...?? PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO GO TO JESUS. LEAD THEM TO JESUS.
What I want to emphasis most is this...
HOW ARE you MAKING YOUR DISCIPLE FEEL?
How would Jesus treat them?
Do they feel inspired and full of hope and peace? Look at their spirit is it dejected? Then think why?? WHY DO THEY FEEL THIS - stop taking things personally, see it beyond yourself! It is about allowing them to grow in Jesus in their own time - not your time and your "leader's time". BUT JESUS'S TIME.
Think for a moment...HOW DOES WHAT i AM DOING MAKE THEM FEEL?
Is what I am doing out of my own selfish motives?? Or even is it because myleader has told me to do this even though I know in my spirit it is wrong?
The disciple in most cases is innocent - their heart is pure, no malice, they just waNt to please God.
Please listen to this! Stop the cycle that is STILL continuing.
...it is the SAME as it was before just different people.
It is not a big nasty setup against a "church"...please see this. Admissions of mistakes have been heard...why stay in a church that has head leaders that make you as sub head leaders feel attacked and also verbally abused. Why do they treat you like this? They have done this to other people it is not new!
I plead that these people get out, I plead that they see with new eyes what goes on in those staff meetings...
do you feel comfortable with what is being said about people, about how an elite exists and others get hurt. This is not Jesus...see this.
Jesus would not hurt people and make them feel like crap. Please be strong enough to move away, be strong enough to stand up to them! Be strong enough to see that this place is not a place of venom but one of freedom.
