MY friends do as I did search the scriptures and you will find all that abuse of authority of HH is not anywhere except in twisted teachings of God's precious word. They have tryed to make the word of God say things it does not say...not only about authority but about covenants and temple patterns and on and on...their never unending revelations...lol |

Please note again the spirit of mockery that has consumed Mrs. Alvear.
She cannot even try to speak about Godly issues here without the fog of confusion, the awkward laughter.
As for those truly seeking to be Bereans .. amen.. may the Lord Jesus enrich your studies and open your hearts and minds.
The Bible says that the Bereans were noble, with readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily. A very wonderful starting point for any discussions about Bible doctrines and Christian community.
Such noble men and women would surely walk in a Holy Spirit restraint of speech to match their earnestness of study.

Missionary Lady,
With all respect, I think this site would be better served if you didn't post as much ... or didn't post at all.
Don't misunderstand me, I'm very neutral on the HH issue. I know several people in HH. I know a few people who have left. I think HH has issues that should be dealt with, but I'm not an unapologetic supporter by any means.
With that said, I think some of the points you attempt to make could be made better by another person, or in another manner. I'm basically on the outside looking in on this thing, and on this site, and your excessive, non-substantive posts probably do more damage than good. I know you're reform-minded, especially with regard to HH, but I think you may be a bit too emotional about the subject.
Those are just my thoughts, I know you'll disagree, though. |

Yes, I do disagree...for I am an old timer...and what I saw at HH is very disturbing...
I am sorry you feel that way but you see you have not been through what my family has been through or what our churches went through...
I have never been known to back down on what I believe...For me it has meant a whole life on the mission field...Why would I back down when people are writing me thanking me for writing here?
If I can help one soul be saved from a life time of heartache I will do it. |
