If there are any leaders of EN still lurking around the forum, I just wanted to congradulate you that the effects of abuse is still haunting me to this day, along with very good friends. I didn't realize what a colossal mistake you guys made until this morning. My mom is gravely ill. But there is not one pastor or "spiritual authority" to seek counsel with because, well, most of the pastors I knew left. EN has made me unrelatable to my female friends. I've become unapproachable to the non-christians. and I've lost so many of my own friends especially in this time of need. You scattered God's sheep. You taught false teachings and entrapped many souls. You caused the young ones to stumble. For this you will pay, this life or next. I only pray that you see just the glimpse of the families destroyed and students lost in unbelief. Keep up the good work. Your father below is very proud for the work you've done. | ||

Hi Playstation, I understand what you say in your post above. I am so sorry for your mother, perhaps there is someone at her hospital that could help you. Playstation, my wife knows exactly what you are talking about. When she was in EN (Morningstar at that time) she basically lost all her friends from outside of church (christian and non-christian). She said they built her into a person that she was not and changed they way she acted etc. And, when she left, she was totally cut off from all the EN people. One foolish campus leader even wrote and email to her and called her a prostitute and listed all the verses referring to harlots in the bible!!! This was because she left to go to my church when we were engaged! Then, for some reason we were stupid enough to go back again for a couple of years thinking they had changed (but they hadn't). The fakeness oozed from them all and they said they are soo happy that we have come back to EN (like not being in EN was not being a Christian!!) Is that not how a cult acts!!! playstation, i can empathize with you & the rest here.....i am just coming to realize more & more what they (EN) got on there hands....is a cult,hmmmm......maybe not jamestown now but....what the future could hold! i was drawn in & became a different person, i think i grew closer to God....but that was because i was getting closer to him (as i figured one would do will going ot church) but later realized some of that 'EN' jargin I had taken on too....i'm glad i am out, but still......so many questions & hurts.....so many people have left bwoc.....i can only imagine on a broader scale how many more people there are....& yes God heals....but he also exposes & gives answers & i'd like to see it |
