During her childhood, JZ was with her friends at a slumber party when, according to eye witnesses, she fell to the ground seemingly possessed by a spirit that called himself “Demias.” The eyewitness reported this incident on a 1987 episode of 20/20. The eyewitness also claimed to remember the words that Demias said during the possession. “I have possessed this body for a long time,” Demias reportedly said. Apparently, JZ has forgotten the event or refuses to discuss it. Certainly the event, if it were true, would discredit the notion her believers might have: that Ramtha has always been the sole occupant of JZ’s body. According to Jeff Knight (JZs ex-husband), JZ channeled more than just Ramtha. After contracting AIDs, and quitting RSE, he confessed that JZ also channeled a spirit called “Charles,” but that this spirit was used only in private sessions for the purpose of advising them on horse buying and selling. “Charles” was an equestrian from the nineteenth century. Oddly enough, Gordon Melton does not mention either Demias or Charles in his 1998 book on RSE. Neither does he mention that JZ channeled Jesus around 1985. Actually, there was a time during the Truth Teachings that "Ramtha" would speak like Oscar Wilde. "He" claimed that O.W. was communicating to him, and he was relaying the message. He spoke in very poetic words. It's also on some cd's/tapes. | ||

From the above information I would conclude that it indicates that it is not always Ramtha that is using JZ's body. The Jesus character was very angry and David's earlier posting, based on eye witness accounts, stated that JZ wore a goatee during this channeling.. I have never met anyone who has witnessed Charles and it appears Demias was long ago. Is there anyone on this site who has been present for these things? The postings by Whatcha on some of the abusive behaviour of "Ramtha" .... such as slapping a woman repeatedly and punching her in the stomach at an event filled with 1000 people......and the presence exhibited by the angry Jesus character indicate to me the possibility that both characters could be one and the same. Is either Jesus, or Ramtha? Or is it someone else? At an event I attended early last year "Ramtha" was present on one evening only for an 8 day event. I had the distinct impression that Ramtha was absent. The general demeanor of the intelligence operating the body seemed different to other occasions. A very crass example was given in the teaching. It was a beginner's class....really inappropriate. I went to other events last year and I did not get the same impression. It was unusual because I do not normally get an idea like this. |
