Wow, it's really a surprise and a delight to see a forum like this on the Internet. I used to be a member of JZ’s "school" in Yelm WA, but left in 1995 after living in Rainier WA for six years. It’s good to see you all!

I look forward to reading everyone's posts and contributing to this forum in order to build a greater knowledge base on JZ Knight. I haven’t talked to anyone associated with the movement in 12 years, and it would be nice to hear how the “school” is progressing.

The time I spent in Yelm was life altering, to say the least. I moved there when I was eighteen, instead of going to college. In my mind RSE was college. It satisfied a dream of mine to live the life of a mystic, guided by a wise man. Little did I know RSE was a mind control group and that JZ was a deluded woman at best.

My experience in Yelm was so overwhelming and intense that to even see pictures of Yelm, WA produces anxiety---a sense of loathing. It’s strange. You see a picture of downtown Yelm and for a brief moment you feel as if you’re back there all over again, trapped, unable to escape the cult-like atmosphere that hovers around Yelm like a dark storm cloud. The cloud is murky with all the delusions that JZ has cast upon her followers, but which they willingly embrace and obsessively promulgate.

RSE represents the worst of the New Age, not the best. Yet, in my mind, they’re bound together in a way that makes it difficult to hear New Age music without sometimes feeling shivers of repugnance travel up my spine, or for my stomach to quiver every time I see a cheaply done New Age painting. Over the years it has taken considerable effort to meticulously weed out all the delusions and paranoias that JZ planted in my head---an arduous process, but one that is absolutely necessary if one is to move on.

Welcome Mathew. I actually have searched the internet for posts and found one of yours. It is under the heading of RSE posts on the main menu.

There are very few posts on the whole of the internet that actually tell it like it is...
If you read the posts you can get an insight of things that have occurred since your absence.

Your stories of experiences are welcome. A lot of people have no idea of what has happened in the course of the history of RSE. All they have ever come across is the glossy marketing agenda, which at the moment is prolific.

It is the only place that I am aware of that has an abundance of truthful student experiences posted and long term evaluation that is rational.

Mathew,

You express very well what so many survivors of RSE have experienced..
Today… a close friend advised me to forgive JZ Knight and to move on with my life,
this has nothing to do with blame or forgiveness, this has everything to do with the Facts and the Truth about JZ Knight and RSE, Surely truth is a fundamental essence of spirituality and is essential for creating a better world for everyone.
This is why we joined RSE in the first place.
As time passes more students are going to realize that JZ Knight is a fraud,
It is a horrible awakening and we need as much clarity, support and information that we can share.

Your voice is so welcome,

David

Welcome, Mathew.

I'm genuinely curious as to how you found the RSE factnet folder, and what prompted you to even try and find such a place ?

I personally found this place close to two years ago (give or take a little), and I read the posts for about a year before I ever posted. As you can imagine, it was a lot to digest the contents on this website, along with processing my increasing belief that RSE was bogus.

My opinion is that if Ramtha does exist, he has chosen to enable the likes of Ms. Judith Knight by not exposing her to the audience-school. If he does not exist, then it is my opinion she is one of the most shrewd, deceptive people I have ever crossed paths with. Some believe her personality profile to fit that of a sociopath.

Healing After RSE is truly a painful journey through betrayal, possibly anger, regret, despair, financial ruin in some cases, etc.

I agree with David, that it's not about forgiving Ms. Knight for anything. It's about the TRUTH of everything. Frauds should be exposed, to stop them from continuing to hurt and harm more and more innocent children and adults.

Please feel free to share your stories !

Many former RSE students cannot "get on with their lives." They are too poor, ill, old or dead. Perhaps the next incarnation?

To allow fraud and other unlawful activities to continue without objection is not "forgiveness."
It is actually the manipulation and control of a liar who wants to profit in some way from the act of "forgiveness."

Many RSE students want Ramtha's acceptance...whatever that means to them....so they put up with things that they would never put up with from any other corporation.

In this case I do not know if it was an RSE student who made such a comment. Many people involved in spiritual teachings have the same notion.

Yes.. it was a former RSE student of many years… and a friend.
This “none judgment and forgiveness” mindset is typical cult indoctrinations that silences critical thinking and accountability BY anyone……including myself.
