I am looking for any kind of help to give to a person who has in the past dealt with satanism in their life. This person now is scared and feels alone. I have dealt with this on a personall leval but I am now looking for anyone who has been involved and is a Christian now. Thanks for any help you give |

anoint with holy (blessed/prayed over)olive oil, and pray for the soul who is afflicted, in Christ's Name. that is, if you can get the oil on him/her. it is not the oil which has power but your obedience to use it....to heal and cast out demons, which is probably the case here.
Afterall, who in their right mind would willingly follow Satan?

pray for the person and even fast for them the bible says this kind comes froth by prayer and fasting. lay hands on the person if you can or if they can and command the demon to go in THE NAME OF JESUS. do not converse with the demon or demons just command them to go in THE NAME OF JESUS also fasting is not necessaryly needed in some cases. |

well perhaps I should explain a little more. This person used to be involved in satanism. I am guessing that he was just a dabbler. Now, he is very scared for his after life. I mean is it truly possible for God to turn His back on a person when that person returns to Him?
Really I am looking for info for reasurance. |

I have some verses here that might help this person:
Eze 18:21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
Eze 18:22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.
Once we repent our sins are blotted out:
Act 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
"Blotted out" in the Greek is:
exaleipho
ex-al-i'-fo
From G1537 and G218; to smear out, that is, obliterate (erase tears, figuratively pardon sin): - blot out, wipe away.
With repenctance and believing on Jesus, our sins are wiped away. It as if our sins never existed. The slate is wiped clean.
I pray this helps. Tell this person, if they truly repented, to rest easy. Their sins are forgiven and erased by God. |
