We could only make it through not even 1 year of this brutish pastors church. I started our own church due to the agravation of her leadership and the false doctrine she teaches. My wife almost had a breakdown because of her destructive brain washing and legalism. The Manchester CT cult church has become well known in the community as a cult because there is about 5000 walking wounded people which have been destroied and left there because of the hurts and the false teachings.

I understand complety. I myself spent many years there. The control and the law is obvious. She had made it a practice to run peoples life's. recently she is putting the sqeeze on the kids talking on the internet about the church, she is telling parents to restrict the kids access to the internet. God kow the kids may learn that the church is a cult. One guy I work with is a cult member there and told me point blank that Eleanor is the closest person to Jesus and he would move or go anywhere she told him to go. i told him "don't drink the cool aid". Can you believe this stuff. Paul says they are cursed people. Read Galatians chapter 1 and Titus chapter 1

Judge says post offices can't promote religion..Part2

Squatrito said the post office was a state "actor" under the First Amendment and its religious displays violate the Establishment Clause called for separation of church and state. But he said the contract between the Postal Service and the Full Gospel Interdenominational Church does not violate the clause.
Manchester Postmaster Ronald Boyne, who was also a defendant in Cooper's lawsuit, declined to comment.
Boyne, a member of the church, had been trained to oversee contract offices, but testified that he spends little time on contract office matters, according to Squatrito's decision. He had no role in awarding the contract to the church, the judge said.
The Postal Service had argued that it is clear from signs at the Manchester office that Sincerely Yours was not an "official" postal facility. It also said it had no proprietary interest in the office, other than postal products and equipment, and there was no evidence that the agency had a direct financial stake in the office's success.
The agency noted that no government employees work at Sincerely Yours, and insisted the facts demonstrate that the post office is a private, not state, entity.
The judge said the Postal Service relies on contractor-run offices to provide services to areas that the agency has determined to be unsuitable for official facilities. Contract offices are typically located at colleges, grocery stores, pharmacies and some private residences.
Full Gospel Interdenominational Church opened the Manchester post office in 2002, after another contract office closed. The main post office in Manchester is a few miles away.

There are obviously some "issues" you both have with your former Pastor. The way you describe her as "brutish" and accuse her of "brain washing" is of great concern. But that is not what I am writing in this forum about. There are a few factual errors.

1) FGIC is not listed as a cult. If they are, why didn't you post the link? I spent over 3 hours on the site you refer to and found nothing. Your statement is therefore, incorrect.

2) You link to a church that is also not listed as a cult. It is the City of Refuge - Refuge Pentecostal Church. It is in Alabama and FGIC is in Connecticut. By linking to the City of Refuge website, you are overtly referring to them as a cult as well. Again, this is incorrect.

I do want to thank you for bringing attention to this fine church. You would be blessed beyond measure if you ever have the chance to attend. We welcome everyone open and loving arms. I promise there is nothing brutal or cultish about our church.

The links above will be deactivated within the next 30 days.

Be Blessed...Bro Jim.

Bro Jim,

Well, Any church under the United Pentecostal doctrines which follow a works-salvation is cultish. Sis. Kalinsky is certainly a cult. I went there from 2002-2006 and saw how she beat the sheep and whipped them into submission. Additionally all her unfounded rules and laws are so ungodly. From the outside it looks great. But, there is no liberty and freedom, just bondage and control.
