This document was presented to students before a recent event called “Blue College”.
Sign it or be kicked out of RSE was the order. Very few students refused to sign.
Divided into in 5 sections to enable posting.

I have a friend, an RSE long time student, who signed it without looking (reading)what the content was. The person was at the event before knowing it was required, and had traveled a long way to get there.

If a student travels to RSE from downunder the airfare can be between $1500 AUD to $2500 AUD....not to mention accommodation costs. I hardly think anyone is going to travel that distance, find the document objectionable and refuse to sign. It would be honest of RSE either to permit them to attend without signing or refund their travelling expenses.

The "Gag Order"....
When I joined Ramtha's SCHOOL of Enlightenment in 1989 there was no such document to sign..
I suspect that forcing longtime students to sign this document without prior notification and with no student input
was illegal in itself... let alone the legality of the document.

The following website lists WA state codes for acts of COERCION, which is illegal. There are 509 results for a search on that word in the law there. As related to the gag order...further research is an option.

I question if this law applies to the gag order? It seems to. The "threat" was expulsion from the school.

RCW 9A.36.070
Coercion.

(1) A person is guilty of COERCION if by use of a threat he compels or induces a person to engage in conduct which the latter has a legal right to abstain from, or to abstain from conduct which he has a legal right to engage in.

(2) "Threat" as used in this section means:

(a) To communicate, directly or indirectly, the intent immediately to use force against any person who is present at the time; or

(b) Threats as defined in *RCW 9A.04.110(25) (a), (b), or (c).

(3) COERCION IS A GROSS MISDEMEANOR.

[1975 1st ex.s. c 260 § 9A.36.070.]

Notes:
*Reviser's note: RCW 9A.04.110 was amended by 2005 c 458 § 3, changing subsection (25) to subsection (26).

If we could crawl into the skin of the average RSE student, we would be able to understand their reason for signing the CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION form, which is a contract that limits their ability to disseminate information taught at retreats.

In their minds they’re initiates---not normal people. They’re special, they think, because they’ve undergone the required training exercises and are therefore enlightened enough to understand and properly comprehend the information taught at the Ranch. They’ve been initiated, as opposed to the normal person who hasn’t. Therefore the RSE student feels that he must keep the teachings secret, or as they say: Keep the teaching’s pure. This is done in order to keep the uninitiated humanity from abusing or misusing their special knowledge.

In essence the cultist lives in a fantasy world, or rather a shared fantasy in which more than one person is collectively involved. In the case of RSE, you have thousands: a whole community in the Yelm are believing that they’re initiates, that they’re master is an ascended god, and that the information that they receive from the Ranch is Top Secret. The secrecy is all apart of their fantasy. Once initiated, not only their lives changed, but their reality. Suddenly they’re no longer an over worked secretary, or a bored house wife, or a frustrated divorce, they’re prophets of a dawning new age.

Collective illusion-making is a fascinating dynamic of a cult, RSE included; the delusions aren’t lived by a single individual. The illusions are reinforced by the community. When you have thousands of people all thinking the same thought and feeling the same emotions that creates a very powerful dynamic, a group soul. Although powerful, it hinders individuation of the ego, stunts personal growth, and makes having an ego wholly un-necessary. Thinking, willing and feeling is taken over by a collective organization of souls bound together by a thread of like-mindedness. The ego is absolved of the responsibility of having to think for itself; in effect, submerges into un-conscious state highly susceptible to brainwashing techniques.

The “cultist” becomes, in Tomberg terms, a herd animal, “negating all that is individual and aristocratic in favor of devoting oneself all-the-more-strongly to a pride that is sub-individual and collectivized.”

mathew,

I remember well the exhilaration of being called a “Master”….
We were the “Gathering of the Eagles”…
I had won the spiritual jackpot… nothing was impossible,
My dream of a Shangri-La was to be built in a town called Yelm..
“Ramtha” had returned to save us.. and we were ready to march into enlightenment,
Our collective illusions were honed and enforced into an unquestionable mindset of loyalty and obedience to RSE………
I was so special I could hardly contain myself…

Then one fine morning I realized my children had grown up without me..
That my Shangri-La was building another mega car park and super store..
That my friends were taking Prozac and drinking themselves into a stupor..
That my life was governed by impossible spiritual rules and disciplines..
That year after year a new scam would arrive to rob us of our money and dignity..

Now I question…
For how long do we collectively allow the RSE madness to continue?

David.

My wife reminded me of an experience I had told her about from the field and I'd like to share it.

In 2005, I went from beginner to graduate. I was at my 4th event of the year, Future Now in November. It was the last day of the event. I had already decided I was graduating myself from the School of Masterful Delusions, aka RSE.

Everybody was on the field. It was raining. I was not getting anywhere. I thought it was all BS and I was bored to tears. Then I started thinking about making love to my wife as I'm meandering through the crowd. I really got into it all the way. In fact, there was no difference between my experience on that field and the real thing. I was analogical with my wife.

Anyway, eventually they called the field and people milled back into the arena. And I noticed something very interesting. Lots of women smiled at me. Women of all ages and sizes and languages. For the rest of the day, women smiled at me, sweet smiles, some smiles of longing, as if they all knew me and had been intimate with me.

Needless to say, it was enjoyable and fortunately I am married to a beautiful woman who has not one ounce of jealosy in her.

in_the_zone,

On a darker note...

You had better not tell Ramtha.....
In a very recent event "Ramtha" slammed a male student physically in the stomach
and ridiculed him for fantasizing about other women,
"Ramtha" told his wife to find another husband..
This occured in front of the students including his wife and their children...

More sick and dangerous meddling by JZ Knight…

David

Again, the objective of Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment is to ensnare people in fantasy; or to be more exact, ensnare them in a philosophy in which fantasy supplants objective truth as the basis of reality. In JZs philosophy, there is no truth, nor objective reality. There are only individual realities based on a person’s subjective understanding. Therefore fantasy is reality; a sort of Eighth Sphere in which the soul is unable to differentiate between what belongs to reality and what is merely thought.

The word Eight Sphere is an old occult term from the nineteenth century. Today we might use the term “virtual reality” to describe the type of realm that the RSE student aims for in his/her spiritual practices. Their aim is not to live according to divine principles, after all. It is to give substantiality and dimension to fantasies; it is to exist on a plane of being where their own personal desires manifest themselves without limit; it is to replace a world based on divine principles with a world in which their subjective thoughts may achieve instantaneous gratification; where they live as if in a dream, without pain or suffering and without karmic atonement; where they may live eternally in the illusion of their own making. Ultimately, the purpose of the Eighth Sphere is to exist in a reality based on egotistical desires, where egotism reaches its fullest possible manifestation. Here man subjects himself to the hell of his own egotism.

I haven't heard of that before, Mathew (eighth sphere). Interesting reading. It certainly fits, too.
That's such an irony...with Joe being booted out of the school, and blame assigned to his huge ego needs. When in fact, it certainly seems that the teacher and business owner have the biggest egos I've ever seen. Plus they treat people like cattle, and with little emotion except anger when they don't get their way. So much for having one's own reality and creations ! They are conditional upon approval by the Clique and Social Consciousness of RSE.
The way the students will turn on a non-conformer, is frightening if not dangerous. What I witnessed with the Dr. Joe incident is one example of that.
