ihavesinned, please dont let abunch of ignorant, right-wing hypocrites fool you. God favors none, note whites, blacks, tall people, short people, conservatives, liberals. In the bible it said somewhere that "god is not a respecter of persons" and somewhere else that "no one is rightous, no not one". |

Mind you, this verse is out of context here, but it may be what was being referred to: 1 Corinthians 1:27 (KJV) 27But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; |

I was joking. It is a figure of speech, you don't need to back it up with bible verses. |

No not at all. Satan favors the foolish. He loves stupid people who cannot understand the scriptures and have become blind sheep. Satan manipulates the blind sheep as they will follow anybody including Satan. Satan is also a deceiver. He will deceive only the foolish, gullible and the naive. However, if the foolish people will seek God and surrender their will to God, God will give them wisdom to discern the enemy and fight Satan. |

Well, it looks like God does favor the foolish. Did you see Matt Rothlisburger (sp?) crashed his motorcycle with no helmet. Fortunately all of the injury was to his head, so he'll still be able to play football. Seahawks were robbed in the superbowl. |

"1 Corinthians 1:27 (KJV) 27But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;" Yes He does favour the foolish because the foolish are the ones who just simply believe, also the weak people in the world because they are not relying on their own strength, and He can shine easier and the glory can be obviously His. |

" Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is offended, and I burn not? 30 if I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities." I think foolishness is a weakness, as the world sees it, and to fully believe in Jesus without understanding is foolishness, yet it is a virtue that pleases God for we know without faith no man or woman can please God. |

"ihavesinned just a question, what does your username excectly mean? i mean no disrespect" It is a tribute to the greatest of all time, the good reverend Jimmy Swaggart. Remember his famous apology speech when he was caught with a hooker? "Father I HAVE SINNED against you..." That's all. |
