Don, major kudos for your poem. It was hilarious. We've been taking floridian/les wood seriously for way to long. It's time we took him for what he really is -- A JOKE I've added a verse of my own and dedicated this thread to any others who feel the creative spirit descend upon them. Don't worry too much if your poetry isn't that good. You'll never be as pathetic as floridian! LOL Oh Lord it’s hard to be humble when you’re a spiritual giant like me. Mac, Why are you hurting less wood so much, lol. Was he not asking for it? Reminds me of an Amco transmission ad. An unhappy customer appears at the 'other' shop where the service manager repeats 'we fixed his transmission 18 times,' but the mechanic chimes in, 'no, 19 times!' So, how many times does that customer need to get the same problematical transmission fixed, until he realizes it ain't the right shop! That is why sometimes you have to wonder what some are praying thru to what? You can take their word for that, or all you need to do is hear them talk enough, but with some, not that you really want to, because after awhile it gets way too noisey, but you get the point. | ||
