Deputies served search warrants and a court order about 6 a.m. at the site without incident. The boys were then reunited with their fathers, Carey Miller, 34, and Robert Miller, 35, Dinsmoor said. The Miller brothers, in Orange County Superior Court, had obtained orders returning the boys to their custody, Dinsmoor said. The two brothers had been members of the church in Arkansas until last fall when they were excommunicated and their wives obtained divorces and remarried, Dinsmoor said. Two of the boys, Bobby Lee, 4 and Kody, 9, are Robert Miller's sons. The other, Justin 11, is Carey Miller's son. Tony Alamo and his wife, Susan, who died in Arkansas of cancer in 1982, considered themselves the architects of the "Jesus Freak" movement. They created the foundation in the late 1960s and spread their gospel to young dropouts roaming the streets of Hollywood. Except for a skeleton crew, the foundation pulled out of California more than a decade ago and established headquarters in a secluded mansion in the Ozark Mountains near Alma and Dyer, Ark. Alamo, called "Papa Tony" by his followers, assumed sole control of the foundation following his wife's death. He returned to California after a series of run-ins with local and federal officials. The Internal Revenue Service revoked the foundation's tax-exempt status in 1985 after deciding that one of its primary purposes was making money. The foundation believes in "total control," Carey Miller said in an interview before Judge Ronald Owen heard their case. "You turn every penny you earn over to the church. You live on five dollars a week." The brothers fled from the foundation's Arkansas headquarters "with the clothes on their backs," he said. Their sons subsequently came with their mothers to California. The Millers said they were concerned about their sons' safety in the commune. "I have knowledge of children being beaten with boards," Robert Miller said. "I know of one child being beaten with a board 100 times until he passed out." | ||

Miriam and Antavia, It is an honor to search out a matter and if you really want to know the truth you should diligently look at all the information and then make your own decision (based on the facts). At the bottom of the threads is a large thread called OLD POSTS. You should go read a lot of those, because in there you will see where Misheal, Lydia, and Jeanne O all posted that they were not or ever were Tony's "wives". Well certainly, if you spent any time at Tony Alamo's house you know that is a LIE. We all know that Lydia has a child, Tabor, begotten by Tony Alamo. Also, you will read in there Jody Fryer's post where she tells how she was raped by Tony. Also, it is quite evident that Tony Alamo is also an adulterer since he kicked out Kenya (Misheal's husband) and Randy Sprinkle (Tami Hunt's husband) and then forced their wives into a sexual relationship against their will. All adulterers will go to hell, right, including Tony Alamo? So, how can you defend him and call him a man of God? Jeanne Orlando left Tony's house and now admits that she was one of the "wives" but was made by Tony to get on Factnet and lie about it. Tony has you all convinced that it is okay to lie to "the devil" and he's tried to convince you all that we are "the devil" because we are telling you the truth. Antavia and Mimi, Did either one of you get a chance to view and read the www.alamoministrieswatch.com website while it was up. It was full of news articles and testimonies from what Tony Alamos victims suffered. Do you both know Katrina and Cindy Jo? Their testimonies were up there of what happened to them. Also, Jody and Tami. Unfortunately that website is no longer up because Tony got his lawyers (the same lawyers the Scientology cult uses) to take it down. Tony really doesn't want the truth getting out about him, now does he!! Click on the link and see the letter from his lawyers for yourselves. There were pictures of Tony's "wives" (who he denies) and of his children by sharon, lydia, and lizzy. tony can't allow the truth to be told. Jesus never acted like that did he???? Antavia, Please give these things some serious thought. do you think it was okay for Tony to kick Kenya and Randy out and take their wives (Misheal and Tami) as his own, against their will???? Tony is such a manipulator.....if he prays for someone and by chance they get well he claims he healed them. If they don't get well, he says it's because they don't have faith. Either way...he looks like "the man of God". I went to Tony asking for prayer or health advice for an illness I had and Tony had NO solution. He prayed over me, but it did nothing to help the condition. It's not because I didn't have the faith to believe God either. why did Susan Alamo die a long agonizing death from cancer if God hears and answers Tony's prayers? Why did tony go to the hospital for a hernia operation and when he had an infected toe?? Why didn't he just ask God to heal him??? If anyone there gets sick and dies (except Susan A) Tony blames the ill person. He says it is because of a lack of faith or sin in their life. It's so convenient for him to blame the victim. Antavia, God does not love and bless Tony alamo. Tony alamo blesses himself with other men's wives and little underage girls to fornicate with. Tony blesses himself with the fruits of other mens labors. We worked for years and turned all our money over to Tony and Sue so they could live lavishly. Hi, I hit a nerve because Susan Scarcello by direction of TA stated,"the only weapons I ever saw were the ones falsely pointed at us", OH does the truth hurt? This tells me Tony has weapons. You bet. Say Alamo Members, Why do you think TA has them using a board instead of the rod which is like a cane and less harmful? Why does TA hate the Pope so much when the actual anti-christ is supposed to be jewish or one claiming to be jewish? Tony Alamo has been preaching against the Catholic Church for over 40 years.
