Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone has any personal experiences dealing with Russ Whitney's Real Estate Investment Training. Basically, there are seminars that have been going on for years all across North America and I was curious to see if the training is worth the cost. From the various sites that I have found, there have been a number of references that the training often contains just more marketing to sell more training or products, with limited useful information. I realize that many often put down a company because many people do not follow through with objectives explained and don't get results. I'm confident that I'll probably get mainly negative responses here, but if anyone has had any good experiences, please take the time to share them also. Thanks in advance! God bless. |

Most of these investment gurus (Carleton Sheets is another "big name") do pretty much just hold the seminars to pressure you into spending more money on other seminars & courses. If you do go, do not bring your checkbook or credit card with you, and be prepared for high pressure techniques to get you to sign up for more, and to be called a loser or worse for not following along with the plan and paying for more expensive courses. If you really want to learn about real estate investing, there are a lot of websites focused on different sorts (landlording, flipping properties, etc) that can get you pointed in the right direction. You can get more useful info from a couple of good real estate books , or courses at your local college or community college, than from these seminars (which is where the gurus make their real money - NOT from their investments). |

I don't know about these programs...but personally I don't think anyone should pay for training and tools. I am involved with a company that has the best training and support around. We help people that are in foreclosure actually STAY in their homes. Our company has helped many homeowners stop foreclosure with a success rate exceeding 90%. We are looking for agents that are willing to help homeowners SAVE their homes, with the potential of earning excellent commissions. With foreclosures up 43% from last year, our company is in high demand of quality Foreclosure Referral Agents. No selling is involved will this position. As a consultant, you will be trained to do the front-end process, which is taking information from the homeowner. This information process takes approximately 5 minutes. After you have submitted the home owner's information online into the CSG's computer system, the Foreclosure Specialists will take over and do the back-end negotiations. Complete no-costs training is provided with this position. No experience is necessary, but is preferred. Once you come on with CSG, you will receive all the tools necessary to succeed including a free virtual back-office, 3 websites, marketing tools, business cards, streamlined training, along with the best support in the industry. Again, the training and marketing tools cost you absolutely nothing. Requirements • Self Motivated Independent Worker • Willingness to Learn and Help Others • Internet Connection • Phone Hours and Location: • This Position Can be Performed from Your Home • Full or Part time To learn more about this position as a Foreclosure Referral Agent please email me at csgbusiness@bellsouth.net |
