Rocki Maimoe and lawyer Tony Gagliese operating The Sum-It Club, comfortably for the last six years scamming students and immigrants, and having signed a five year lease last year, closed up without notice to the landlord and fled Woodbridge after CrimeBustersNow “got on their case” relentlessly pursuing them for several months and still at it. Several law suits have been filed on behalf of victims. By their own admission they were operating the “2UP Aussie system.” The “2Up Aussie System” is the infamous pyramid fraud employed by former Judge Rizzo and his wife and others which resulted in millions lost, and at least three suicides. MORE DIRTY TRICKS I understand you are really “ticked off” Tony, at the quagmire you find yourself in. Have you been able to assist the “Club” in restarting and re-energizing the recruitment meetings? This CBN “harassment” must have cost the Sum-It Club a fortune, what with suspension of lucrative recruitment meetings and the clandestine move and all. As their legal counsel you must be under terrible pressure from the owner(s) having been unable, as their legal counsel, to legally protect this “duly incorporated” entity you represent against these powerful attacks. “Is that correct?” I mean, you haven’t even applied for an injunction to have the CBN website closed or have me, by law, ordered to “cease and desist” these revealing, irritating, embarrassing, and defaming postings. Now that Tony, certainly appears like a breach of fiduciary duty to your client, at least from where I sit. Left in the lurch, I would be thinking of suing my lawyer for sub-standard representation. Here is an idea Tony. Why don’t you go to the mainline news media with a big story and complaint on behalf of “duly registered corporations” and tell them all about this “dangerous organization” CrimeBustersNow that is “busting the balls” of “decent law abiding corporations” costing them individually 10’s of millions in damages and billions collectively, causing these “duly incorporated” companies to flea their premises without notice, in some cases forcing them to change there names, computer programs and physical locations (TTI – BIM) and now the Sum-It Club, and in the process, defaming their directors, agents, and lawyers calling them such horrible names as abhorrent, reprehensible, legal weasel, scum, criminals, “chicken liver” etc. Do that Tony: Go to the media instead of instituting a $700,000 law suit against a young defenseless student attempting to make him responsible for the actions and comments of CBN and the president of CrimeBusterNow. It has come to the attention of CrimeBustersNow that this "Legal Weasel", one of the “RATS” of the legal profession has launched a $700,000 law suit against a student defrauded. Me thinks though, CBN is on solid ground here now, bolstered by the comments and obsevations of a former Bay Street lawyer and former dean of law at the University of Western Ontario Philip Slayton, “who, after 41 years of teaching and legal practice, has written a book accusing his profession of failing its cherished ideals and working to the detriment of society.” And that Tony, is what I have been shouting for years, many times publicly, through my trusty “bull horn” even in front of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Supreme Court. Unfortunately I was "ahead of the curve again" having to take years of abuse defending that position on this very forum until now vindicated by a former dean of law and former Bay Street lawyer. Tony, you’re one of the the “legal rats” as the professor so accurately describes, or perhaps the larger and more cunning rodent the “Legal Weasel” as you’re labeled by CrimeBustersNow. “Takes your choice.” So, go ahead Tony, you’re the educated lawyer: The media will listen to you. I’m just a cranky old impecunious senior; a grade 10 “academic” and former barber “stirring s**t” and costing “duly registered” Canadian corporations billions, accusing banks of money-laundering and cover-up, and politicians and police at all levels of complicity, especially the police fraud squads in every community where CBN has asked for assistance to stop the victimization of particularly students, immigrants and seniors; the fraud squads that certainly appear to operate in name only, spending millions in tax dollars doing little but “shuffling” paper, discouraging and intimidating victims in order to force them to give up and except fraud (much of which the police and their families are themselves perpetrating) and even my allegations of the complicity of the mainline media; and not to forget, generally upsetting the “status quo.” As a lawyer Tony, don’t you feel a moral responsibility to rid the “free market” and our Canadian Socity of this destructive “nemeses?” And surly as a lawyer Tony, you could convince the “socially responsible” media to do likewise. Monday night last, our recently graduated young paralegal informed me she had been notified by "Legal Weasel" Lawyer Tony Gagliese, that the Sum-It Club filed for bankruptcy. It's taken a while but we "shut 'em down" just like CrimebustersNow promised. Today we all met in lawyer Michael Webster's office; our young paralegal, myself and the young university student Legal Weasel Tony Gagliese was attempting to harass with a law suit of $700,000 for defamatory libel in retaliation for us filing a $10,000 Small Claims Court action against the Sum-It Club and Tony's reprehensible sister "Rocki." Michael Webster contacted Tony the "Legal Weasel's" lawyer and in minutes had the frivolous, vexatious and malicious Sum-It Club lawsuit stayed simply because the lawsuit is in control of the Trustee in Receivership for the Sum-It Club, and also because of the ridiculous nature of it, the motivation behind the lawsuit and the fact the Legal Weasel no longer controls it, and those with some common sense finally put an end to it!!! The student is now unencumbered and free to pursue his original lawsuit against whenever "bits and pieces" remain of the Sum-It Club and of course Rocki's vast assets. Among other things a formal complaint will be registered with the near useless Law Society of Upper Canada against their reprehensible Rat lawyer, "The Weasel" Tony Gagliese for defrauding students, the ethnic communities, the financially unsophisticated, the financially desperate, and other groups and individuals for over six years after he and that reprehensible sister "jumped and parachuted" from the huge worldwide fraud "The Alpha Club," and using the same format, jargon, metaphors and "smoke and mirrors" nonsense, named it the now defunct ....and everyone jump up and yell.... Now, without a break, we are currently pursuing and "taking apart" Arlan Galbraith and the Pigeon King you can hear radio, and see advertising in newspapers, magazines and farm publications all over North America. Arlan Galbraith is running the largest Ponzi scheme we have ever come across: It may be the largest one in North America.... ever; possibly over a $1 billion, certainly the largest within the farming community. Galbraith, we have calculated by applying simple mathematics appears required to generate $40 million per month and expand exponentially; that's approximate 10 million a week + from later investors, in order to pay obligations he promised to the earlier investors to keep this massive fraud going …. Until it collapses that is. These same Ponzi frauds have been "pulled off" and last for couple of years at time. Remember Treasure Traders International non-propagating emeralds and RCMP, OPP, politicians and others, where “two keys" were required to open the pirate’s chest - (Two of your patsy friends or neighbours that is!!!) Now, Arlan Galbraith and Pigeon King International are insolvent; hopelessly and massively in debt for hundreds of millions. This clown tried, and nearly succeeded in recruiting a 23-year-old female Christian neighbour, at one point was attempting to negotiate $100,000 loan on their father-in-law’s farm to get into this nonsense, until reading CBN's report and then conducting her own independent due diligence asking and demanding straight answers from “cult” leader and “agricultural guru,” Pigeon King Arlan Galbraith, which apparently were not forthcoming.
