Excerpts from news report Quest International runs a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme where 'customers' have to find others to join the scheme to sell their main product, high priced gold medals which are labeled as 'coins'. Eventually they are promised 'total financial freedom' if they can get others to join the scheme. In Sri Lanka tens of thousands lost money when the scheme, then known as 'Goldquest', swept through the country. The name was later changed to Questnet. The scheme first starts with the richer sections of society and filters down to the poorer sections, with money flowing up the 'chain' or 'upline'. Goldquest has a binary compensation scheme which expands in a double pyramid style and requires at least ten victims (in the downline) for the most immediate member in the upline to make money. Such pyramid shaped schemes, also known as endless chains, collapse when a country runs out of new recruits leaving the 'downline' who outnumber the upline by ten to one or more with heavy losses. These frauds are indeed a world-wide problem especially in Canada where authorities ignore the problem, where the attitude is "we are to busy with other crime to worry about white-collar crime" and where those who oppose this corruption are torn apart by so-called upstanding citizens doing their best to run interference using vicious attacks, lies an innuendo. http://www.lankabusinessonline.com:80/fullstory.php?newsID=1594030582&no_view=1&SEARCH_TERM=11 dave www.crimebustersnow.com 905-963-3389 24/7 --- We return calls toll free in North America and 22 countries. Good article but it points to the same problem as Canada. The scheme was allowed to float until it had run out if investors. To me, charges after the fact seem useless. These "get rich quick" schemes flourish in Canda because there appears to be no political will to close the doors. Create a law and enforce it. Until then, the buyer must be made very aware but, they appear to continually be blinded by the promised riches they will receive from nothing more than a minimal investment. Bruce |

So now Audley, you write.... To me, charges after the fact seem useless." You are a genius with the obvious. Of course. And why is that? In less than 6 months after Kippax started I informed the police. In the 7th month I went on stage and placed his "VP" under a citizen's arrest. I did it again in Cambridge. Nothing was done to stop him; the law notwithstanding. A criminal lawyer made it quite clear; a citizen can arrest another he finds committing a criminal offence. "...no political will to close the doors." as you "soft peddle"... is really in fact CORRUPTION!!! WHEN LAWS EXIST BUT AUTHORITIES "TAKE PAYOFFS" AND PROTECT CRIMINALS AND THEIR ACTIVITY, AND INSTEAD THREATEN, HARASS, ASSAULT AND TRUMP UP CHARGES ON VICTIMS AND PROCESS CRIMINAL CHARGES ON FALSE ALLEGATIONS FOR THE CRIMINALS AGAINST THEIR VICTIMS AND BETWEEN THE CRIMINALS AND THE COPS, ULTIMATELY ASSASSINATE THEM LIKE SOMEONE DID RANDY RANKIN, OF OTTAWA; SHOT IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD; THAT IS CORRUPTION AT IT’S WORST. Authorities refused to take any action when I first made them aware of the TTI fraud; even to warn citizens, especially students, some as young as 16. And you, and disgusting people like you, Audley, "brainwashing" potential victims that "a junk emerald makes everything perfectly legal is reprehensible" Then you write this hypocritical B.S. "Create a law and enforce it." I will say it again. Get it through you thick, sick, narcissistic, elite, neo-facist skull this time. THE LAWS EXIST!!! THE FILTHY, CORRUPT, LYING RCMP, AT THE TOP INVOLVED IN THESE FRAUDS, THE TOP OPP, THAT GOT MY FAMILY INVOLVED IN THEIR FRAUD AND THE POLITICIANS INVOLVED IN THESE FRAUDS REFUSE TO ENFORCE THESE ALREADY POWERFUL EXISTING LAWS. CREATING MORE LAWS THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF ENFORCING WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Illegal gambling is against the law. Period! But when it’s the likes of Wayne Gresky's wife gambling 100's of thousands; the law does not apply. Will enacting more laws change that? Of course not! No charges get laid against most of the elite, the wealthy, those connected to sports jocks, or the otherwise well connected. And of course there was a police officer at the top of that gambling fraud too. In Canada it’s unlikely any of it would have come out, just like the “wholesale” gambling and racketeering the police in this country are involved in. And authorities claim it will take ten years to even begin to investigate the allegations of fraud and illegal gambling and extortion in the Toronto Police force. There have been charges laid in these pyramid schemes and convictions; albeit selectively. So the law exits, you ignorant hypocrite. The laws simply are not applied to the police and the likes of you and those above who are destroying families. They, like you, pretend this corruption does not exist, denial, denial, denial; then they set about to destroy, by harassment, bullying or outright murder, the whistleblower who knows and can prove it, along with names of those involved in it; politicians, teachers, corrupt cops, lawyers, accountants etc. dave www.crimebustersnow.com 905-963-3389 24/7 --- We return calls toll free in North America and 22 countries. You write: "No charges get laid against most of the elite, the wealthy, those connected to sports jocks, or the otherwise well connected." But as you are obviously unaware, one of the leaders of the sports betting operation you reference is a former NHL All-Star, member of Team Canada and NHL Assistant coach. He pled guilty to the charges on Friday. And as you point out, the other party involved was a police officer. To date, there has been no evidence implicating Janet Gretzky. So doesn't that refute your point? http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/LAC.20070526.TOCCHET26/TPStory/Sports |

You copied: … “So doesn't that refute your point?” Not at all. You are either thick, don’t even read what you copy and post or you’re still deliberately twisting and obfuscating. I wrote “most of the elite.” I’m fully aware of the guilty plea of this, as you wrote one former NHL All-Star. And there is the cop and one other that also pled guilty. That's three out a huge gambling ring that operated for years. Then you write “To date, there has been no evidence implicating Janet Gretzky.” “But as you are obviously unaware," or conveniently overlooked and I quote ……. “Gretzky was drawn into the betting scandal when it was revealed that his wife, actress Janet Jones, had placed wagers. Gretzky was caught on an investigative wiretap discussing how his wife could avoid being implicated. Neither Jones nor any other bettors were charged because placing bets _ even with a bookmaker _ is not illegal in New Jersey.” “…..attorneys for Tocchet and Gretzky filed notices in New Jersey that they intend to sue the state for $50-million each for defamation.”….. Great blustering but Tocchet faced with the evidence against him pled guilty.” I think a good case and defense for “the cleans hands maxim.” in a civil suit Now, I’m not saying that laws permitting bets with money-laundering criminals do not exist in New Jersey, but I would sure like to see them. With the money and positions involved, one cannot help but be skeptical. Perhaps it’s just a “red herring” like the supposed lawyers in the highest offices of the prosecutor that Audley claims told him, erroneously, as an excuse not to prosecute the criminal Kippax and his RCMP money-laundering racketeers and others of position and power that “the junk emerald makes a money-laundering pyramid fraud perfectly legal.” That of course is proven B.S. and has been proved over and over again. Prosecutors and politicians are continually lying to the public. They withdraw charges that could be properly prosecuted based on the person's position in the community, or what they could "spill" against authorities if they were prosecuted, and not based on the merits of the case. That is a well known and self evident fact. Where do you stick you head when you want to ignore the obvious truth, “Pickled Sausage”, in the sand or up your’s or someone else’s …….…. Kippax is back, ironically in Gretzky’s home town of Brantford taking seniors and high-school kids in the BIM racketeering and gambling pyramid fraud. Dave Stewart, RCMP officer, Harold Stewart’s father, and their family are still defrauding victims and now have split off with www.ffiglobalinc.com. Has anything been done to warn the public? Have the police or government shut them down? Have the mainline news media exposed them? I suppose a “Little Green Petrol Pill”, and the rest of the junk they’re flogging you will say still “makes them perfectly legal” notwithstanding the ruling of the Superior Court Judge in TTI & BIM v. David John Thornton …… that they are “prima facie in violation of both the Competition Act and the Criminal Code of Canada.” |

If you notice, in the Gretzky story there is no complaint that what is contained in the recorded phone call is not true, only that is was not kept from the public. Just like the cops, the politicians and the lawyer responsible for getting my family involved in their money-laundering gambling fraud, the money going to a politician then swearing them to secrecy, then railroading me, instead, into jail (before trail) with filthy lies and purjury that was all covered up. None of it has anything to do with truth and justice, just cover-up and corruption with families being destroyed in the process. These money-laundering racketeers, thugs and murderers are above and beyond the law, for only one reason, and one reason only ….CORRUPTION IN THE ADMINISTATION AND ENFOREMENT OF THE LAW. dave www.crimebustersnow.com 905-963-3389 24/7 --- We return calls toll free in North America and 22 countries. So your attempted point here is that justice was not done? Now let me be the first to point out that your pretentious assertion is solely according to David Thornton and NOT the legal community that thoroughly and efficiently handled this case. Rather effectively brings it around full circle David. If you say it is wrong, it must therefore be wrong! Forget about the system and the rest of the world. Forget about facts, forget about due process and most certainly forget about presumed innocence. In David's world if it appears that you are guilty, "string-em up high folks" because you did it! Rather scares the "bee-geebers" out of an sane Canadian, don't you agree? And let none of us forget, David would not stand for this treatment for himself for one minute. Wonder why his version of the law works when he applies it to others yet, not himself? I'm not askin', I'm just askin'! Mr. Thornton, have you considered changing the name "crimebusters" to "duelegalprocessnotrequired"? Bruce |

What do you think you’re playing at Audley, a high school debate? There are lives at stake here; people committing suicide and being murdered as a result of illegal gambling, fraud intimidation, corruption, mocking etc. My son committed suicide because of continual mocking like you are spewing, that hid the truth. He was 15 years old when he first became the victim of brutal gossip; from a United Church Minister no less. Now, this is gambling fraud. Racketeering: Threatening and ultimately murder. And it's far deeper than this controlled superficial B.S. would indicate. These people have already pled guilty. They are guilty! They're not denying the case against them. And it is not my version of the law. IT IS THE LAW!!! We know, and it is self evident that politicians lie and the system favours the wealthy. When it came to a choice between a sensitive bright artistic 15 year-old boy and the wealthy co-owner of a huge North American Corporation - Lackie Brothers Corporation (later bankrupt as a result) and his friend, the President of the Canadian Potash Institute, and his powerful lawyer Walter McGibbon who once turned down an offer by P.M. Diefenbaker to sit on the Supreme Court of Canada, was also the Chairman of the Board of the local paper, The K.W. Record, as well as the prosecuting attorney's father-in-law and this vicious church minister, Frank Morgan (a padre for the RCMP) who wrote a weekly column in the religious section of that "rag" whose vicious, sick right wing neo-facist attacks were every bit equivalent to yours, they chose, through their foul media, the church, and eventually through false charges against this boy's father, to destroy a 15 year-olds life rather than confront the truth; just like you and your cyber bullies, you twisted mean disgusting gossip. Had I killed this man on "day one" it probably would have saved my son's life. My son died a "death of a thousand cuts" just like you with your superior education, and the G.D. filth your connected to, know how to administer, you vicious, cruel unconscionable monster; and finally he shot himself in the heart. He said "all I ever wanted was a family." We built a swimming pool together; a hobby shop; he loved working with clay and was making a beautiful hand carved ceramic vase to be entered into a contest when these vicious people, along with the Waterloo Region Police began destroying his life aided and abetted and slowly murdered by vicious wealthy gossiping filth like you Audley. "A CHEAP EMERALD DOES NOT MAKE A GAMBLING FRAUD AND RACKETEERING PERFECTLY LEGAL" as we are supposed to be "brainwashed" into believing according to the GREAT BRUCE AUDLEY LAW." And I have the decision of the Judge of the Superior Court of my province who made that quite clear. It is prima facie a violation of both the Competion Act and the Criminal Code of Canada. But you just can't admit that Audley; you can’t admit you’re wrong. You must hang on to the lie and attempt to destroy anyone who can uncover the truth. Get over it Audley!!! You sick bullying juvenile. I, on the other hand was railroaded to jail on perjury and filthy lies by people like these involved in illegal gambling, racketeering and dirty mocking, like is written on this thread by rich and connected filth like you Audley who had no vested interest but love spreading gossip, destroying people's lives with innuendo on behalf of wealthy criminals. There is a huge difference between pleading guilty and insisting you're innocent with suppressed police documents proving it, you dirty filthy piece of scum. Now, either get off of my case, or tell me exactly what I did that your filthy innuendo insinuates, you sick gossiping, twisted uncaring piece of inhumanity. |

And Bruce the legal community you write about is corrupt. It is being seen every day. Obstruction of justice, suppression, lies, purjury, corruption in the crown's office, RCMP, OPP, the cover-up in the Air India disaster and the obvious lying by many going on there. Corruption and lies, all over the place. Widespread corruption, drugs and theft in the Children Aid Society leaving children abused and dead. Family Courts destroying families, and judges obstructing justice by altering transcripts. We have a problem in the administration of justice and you have your head up your ...... AND THIS DOES NOT MEAN EVERY JUDGE, COP, C.A. and GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE IS CORRUPT. What it does mean is that there exists an intolerabe level of corruption and millions are suffing injustice because of it. You didn't make one mention, or express any concern of the high-school kids and other still being ripped-off by Kippax in Brantford not to mention also where you live. No, it's alway try to protect the rich filthy criminals and ignore the truth!. Not one comment about the lives of these kids being ripped apart by criminals, the filth you continually attempt to protect with your lies and obfuscating B.S. |

Alright. Not all cops are corrupt, but we were victims of "bad apples" you acknowledge do exist. I did write very early this morning..."It [corruption] is being seen every day." And fresh in the news today, which I will detail on another thread...... "New wave of scandals ready to slam the RCMP. Crimes, coverup of government corruption among allegations to be detailed by lawyer for Mounties." "It is a sad state of affairs when members and former members of our national police force must fear retribution for stepping forward" - LAWYER WILLIAM GILMORE I have maintained all along that much of the worse corruption is at the very top. dave |

I just hate to see these terrible things happen to other families when it can be avoided if the truth is told. The world has become so greedy and mean; Canada included. The National Post today - "When there is no way out." - Statistics on world suicides rates per 100,000,000 in 2002. #1 Russia 38.7; #2 Japan 23.8; #3 France 17.6; Canada 11.9; #5 United States 11.0; United Kingdom 6.9. Canada #4 is nearly double the United Kingdom. Unfortunately I have been very close to two others. My grade 6 friend's older brother; a wife and child and parents they lived with; nice people, the family in Canada for less than two years as immigrants. He was very quiet, very nice person, no one imaged; He shot himself inside the barn one afternoon; his little brother devastated. But as the news article says “sometimes you see no way out.” Our former next door neighbor’s brother we were renting our house to after we moved downtown hung himself in our garage while we were in England. There are several more I am aware of through www.canadacourtwatch.com. One in particular; a 32 year-old father the FRO forced to pay twice what he was actually earning, in child support payments, went into the woods in B.C. and hung himself. Another in Kitchener his business illegally seized by a private bailiff. His life destroyed then tormented being told it was his fault. I found out after our business was illegally seized in Kitchener by a private bailiff. I studied the law for over a year myself at the UofT. That's when I began tying to help others avoid this destruction. And that's why, as I wrote before, I challenged the police and the private bailiff and was willing to fight them off physically if necessary at a Kitchener mall where this private bailiff, a former RCMP who quit because he found there was a fortune to be had stealing businesses due to the fact the law was not enforced but only those at the top knew how the system worked. He was trying to steal the restaurant equipment of a newly arrived English family. He had, by posting untrue statements on the door and spreading false rumours, ruined this man's reputation and credit. We were successful in getting most of it back, but only when I challenged them physically, backed up by what I had learned in law. I earlier discovered, and studied the 1976 Law Reform Commission report on Landlord Tenant Law that had been, and still being ignored by the Ontario Government, that among other horrible abuses of the law the Commission wrote "..private bailiffs are nothing more than "hired guns" and this system is a summary, informal and it must be added an illegal method of seizing the assets of a commercial tenant and because the tenant, for the most part is then impecunious [his business gone] and ignorant of the law he has little means to regain his possessions or enforce his legal rights." Private bailiffs destroy business records, throw in the garbage anything they have no use for, stealing the rest. And the Ontario Government, aware of these abuses of the law, refuses to do anything. But when you know the law, and show these crooks you know your rights and willing to fight them physically, they back down. Knowledge is power; both in the hands of a crook, and as well to an informed citizen. And that's the truth. It can all be confirmed by simply reading the Commercial Landlord Tenant Act, The Law Reform Commission Report of 1976, and case law; Reddick v. Shultz 1890 (pivotal case) Lussie(?) v. Dennison 1979; Clarkson Co. v. Consortium Group 1981. Don't let anyone "rip you off." I sincerly hope this will help someone. dave |
