Hi Captain good to hear from you again. The e-mail address I have for you doesn’t work. Anyway, lots happening here. I was in court with the lawyer from the Sum-It Club yesterday. He’s none too happy to put it mildly. He's threatening to file a motion to have me removed as agent for the (mostly) students we are suing on behalf of. He’s also complaining, outside of court, – get this – that I am defaming him!!! I referred him to my precedent case. He wants to call me as a witness so I can’t appear as agent for these victims. He is running one of the most reprehensible pyramid schemes; the Two Up Aussie System that Global Prosperity was using. Global Prosperity was one of the most reprehensible in the world. It was being run by a former judge. Many people went to jail and authorities still chasing at least one. At least three victims committed suicide. We are also pursuing USANA world-wide corporation. Barry Minkow, from California “blew the whistle” to the New York Times and the FBI. Now the FBI is looking into them. I was talking to Barry several weeks ago. I knew was going to expose “a big one” just not which one. USANA stocks plummeted about 10% in one day. The daily volume of shares traded is usually between 90,000 and 120,000. For two days after the story broke the volume both days was over 2,000,000. The shares were expected rise about 20% in the next quarter or so, They are recovering slowly but their system is so corrupt we expect the gains will be temporary as we predict they are going to be in big trouble in the months ahead. Time to "Short sell" or buy "put options." Good news. Robert Fitzpatrick of Pyramid Scheme Alert has accepted CBN as an official affiliate. He indicated he’s willing to come to Canada to lend his support. Also Dr. Jon Taylor of the Consumer Awareness Institute is willing be interviewed in the media on our behalf, if we can get the sick “liable phobic” Canadian media to do something. He has already assisted me in the story published in the Western Standard over my attacks on pyramid frauds. Students and others, for years have been writing City T.V.’s “Silverman Helps” concerning The Sumit-Club. Silverman in my opinion is just another “Champion of Safe Causes.” So far, he and City T. V. won’t go near this story, or look into the horrors of these other pyramid fraud stories, despite the number of students alone that are being victimized and devastated, not to mention the other groups and individuals in society. City T.V. refuses to even report on the precident decision I received from the Superior Court even though I fed so many dollars through their outside “Speakers’ Corners Machine” that I’ve lost count, while holding up documents and begging them to help the victims and expose these frauds. This certainly leaves one “scratching one’s head” as to why they don’t want these stories told. …..Now, that’s another story. It's beganing to make sense having found out through my investigations that the majority, if not all media themselves in Canada are making tens of thousands off pyramid and other illegal gambling schemes and seem to be, as was in the case of the country of Albania subtly, and sometimes not so subtly, supportive of the schemes and scams. Donald Trump is probably CBN's next target. He endorses ACN (Google that one) another particularly vicious pyramid fraud being sloughed off by the “Lame & Lazy” if not totally incompetent or corrupt Canadian government agents. ACN too is involving a lot of students. Reports are that some students are leaving school to take this up fulltime. Absolutely appalling!!! ANC was charged by the Canadian Federal Competition Bureau. Robert Fitzpatrick actually spent hours explaining his fraud to investigators of the competition bureau. It went to court. The judge told the prosecuting attorney he hadn’t provided enough evidence to show ACN was even Multi-Level Marketing. As I maintain, either this crown attorney, like the rest of the bureaucrats dealing with these issues is “Lame & Lazy,” (L&L-MLM jargon) totally inept and incompetent, outright stupid, or like a corrupt prizefighter “taking a dive.” Imagine, “All the King’s lawyers” and “All the King’s RCMP” after months and months of investigation and with millions of tax dollars at their disposal, case law and reports in hand; researchers to compile it all, couldn’t put a case of obvious pyramid fraud together before a judge. In contrast, I had about three weeks and a few hundred dollars and limited access to reports and case law, but using two criminal law decisions, several examples of former world-wide pyramid frauds, news reports and a detailed comprehensive explanation of how pyramid schemes work, I was able within a one day hearing to convince a Superior Court Judge of the truth that TTI and BIM were in violation of both the Federal Competition Act and Sec. 206 (1)(e) of the Criminal Code of Canada. And so far Kippax, with his millions and his law firm of 24 lawyers, hasn’t taken up the judge’s offer to attempt another injunction if they are, in the last fatal words of Judge Quigley…. “prepared to adduce probable evidence at such time that would call into doubt the prima facie case of illegality that the respondent Thornton has successfully made out.” Now, Donald Trump, in the editorial view of CrimeBustersNow, is the pied piper of Corporate Corruption, molding impressionable minds of students and young people, leading them into outright crime. LATEST CBN NEWS-TTI, BIM and another B.S. company Dave Stewart has opened in Michigan, and still flogging his junk through pyramid fraud, must think they have secured the breach in their security system. But alas, here’s the latest. Dave Stewart has left Alan Kippax and has started his own company based in Flint MI, apparently in conjunction with a lawyer or two - gemstones and pyramid boards and perhaps travel packs, just like TTI and BIM. Name will be Financial Freedom International, or FFI just like the gas pill. Website will be www.ffiglobalinc.com There was a meeting in St . Catharines a while back, and there was one in Hanover recently. [CBN editor note - The little town of Hanover has been notorious for years for pyramid schemes phoney Internet lotteries, “Nigerian type 419 letters” and many other internet scams, drug dealing and the like. I haven’t talked to the new chief of police, Tracy, lately, but it would appear nothing has been done about the information and evidence I gave her. And I still haven’t been able to find out why the former chief of police of Hanover resigned so quickly under a cloud a year or so ago. You will however, recall, “Capn’” my postings regarding the Chief of Police of Walkerton a few miles from Hanover; his pleading guilty to Breach of Trust in exchange for a light sentence; theft and fraud charges dropped; this while at the same time he and the OPP special gambling investigation unit headed by special agent, OPP Officer Bill Sword, covered up for his wife, wives of OPP officers, police officers, politicians, business owners, real estate agents, bank employees, insurance agents, school teachers, etc, etc, involved in the MOTHER of all pyramid frauds “WOMEN EMPOWERING WOMEN.” The media cooperated with police surpressing the real truth, published only the names of a few selectively prosecuted insignificant no-bodies without so much as mentioning Bill Sword and his “elite” gambling investigation unit had been in the area. The real truth was suppressed by all the media there, and to this day, notwithstanding information and documented evidence I’ve notified them about. They just do not want the truth exposed!!! BAD NEWS. A fellow whistleblower in Ottawa was unfortunately shot in the back of the head by a single shotgun blast at close range, through his basement window, as he sat posting to the Internet at 4;23 a.m. a few weeks ago. He had posted more than 2000 articles concerning corruption and drugging in the horse racing industry. He was 47 years-old with a family. Getting back to the Sum-It Club, you’ll love this “Captn’”: a government service employee in the consumer protection branch of the Ontario provincial government has contacted us. She wants us to sue the Sum-It Club for scamming her out of about $3,000. Ironies of ironies; a government employee from the consumer commercial branch of the PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT wants CrimebustersNow to sue a company that the CONSUMER BRANCH of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, The Competition Bureau, should have closed down six years ago!!! They published it, and it resulted in a very large unwanted investigation. Unfortunately he’s dead now or these stories would have been told a long time ago. But the media here are still SUPPRESSING THESE STORIES OF PYRAMID FRAUD AND GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION. Go figure!!! On the Factnet “home front” despite our bitter disagreement over the law and nasty barbs back and forth, Bruce Audley nonetheless donated $100 to the CrimebustersNow cause, and as he wrote, “I will give you this in the only way I know you’ll accept it, without condition.” It was well appreciated as I am using money from my government pension to help finance the costs of some of these student’s court cases who have been taken for thousands of dollars on their credit cards they simply do not have, and under financial strain, with some of them afraid to even tell their parents they were scammed. After the life I had, the financial security, new car, no debts, money in the bank it’s difficult to beg, but public opinion, on that score, at least, as you can see, no longer bothers me. This is not for me, it’s to the help the victims of well oiled organized criminal activity, as the judge pointed out in the decision I won.
