Try baking them at 300 degrees for about 5-10 min., before serving. The fit real nice when you just turn them upside down and hang 'em on an oven rack rod. Also, try roasting (almost burn 'em black!) and peeling fresh jalepenos before serving (in fact try it with any pepper). | ||

Bruce, I didn't realize you were a philosopher too!! I must say I am impressed all over again. The world would be a better place with more genuine people such as yourself and Ms Rach. I had some cards printed once (business card size) that said: Thank you for being a wonderful person! The world would be a much better place with more people like you in it. Keep on being yourself. You know the people, that extra friendly/happy store clerk, teller, business owner, server, those that seem to smile and be happy no matter what. I would just thank them, smile and leave this card. Some people thought it was "cheesy" or even weird, but it made me feel good, and I hope it helped these people to see that their attitudes were infectious and noticed. I think I need to get more made up…. Anyways.....keep on being yourselves. | ||

"Voice" - Great to hear from you! How's the weather in Eastern Canada? Ms. Rach is kind of cool don't you think? She's attracted the attention of Dave, the Brit, a couple of Canuks on opposite sides of the country and various and assorted doctors, lawyers and pretend wanna-be's. My wife thinks that Ms. Rach is a New York transvestite. Jill will pop into my office from time to time to see if I am actually working or, messing with www.factnet.org. She'll lean across the desk and look at the screen, smile, stand and kiss the back of my neck and than as she leaves to return to her lounging in the front room, will look back and say, "You go get em' tiger". I figure her thoughts on the whole issue enjoy the same percentage of accuracy as do those of all of us. Still, you got ta' love Ms. Rach, whomever or whatever. All I know is that love is love and love does not always get love. That ain't philosphy, that's Ukrainian reasoning! Catch up to you folks later! Bruce | ||
