I wonder if the image of a privately stocked fish pond engenders a comparison to the net and spear fisherman we have trolling the web for sucker fish.
The bigger question in my mind becomes... are there enough interested parties to invite the legislators access through the door to paradise?

I'd like to blog on it- 'Make up a questionnaire.
Question = If you were to think up some survey questions- what would you add to the list.
