Bell Ford in Phoenix, AZ abuses employees and hurts customers. My name is Christian Peper. I am a former employee of Bell Ford and a victim of abusive employment practices. While working for Bell Ford I witnessed many incidences of management (Russ Crane and others) go out of their way to humiliate and demean employees. Bell Ford values the quick buck an employee can bring while disregarding and disrespecting the employee. Instead of building a relationship with customers, customers are viewed as a quick buck. Bell Ford management will smile at a customer, take his money, and then, after the deal is completed, insult and disrespect the customer behind his back. A quick buck is all a customer is to Bell Ford. I remember observing less than ethical behaviors by management when dealing with customers such as taking customer’s driver’s licenses to form a “hook” and prevent them from leaving before they bought a car. I also remember management hiding a car on the lot to prevent customers from leaving before they bought a car. |
