My name is Christian Peper and I have decided to go public with information regarding abuse I have witnessed while employed at the St. Louis Arc. The abuse I observed was primarily against the employees, although I did see some minor abuse of the clients in the form of neglect.
The only ones who were abusive to the disabled clients were the higher level staff members. Higher level staff members like Sharon Spurlock and my former managers Casey and Darvin enjoyed their power far more than they cared about the disabled clients they allege to serve. There were many instances when I observed both Casey and Sharon Spurlock advoiding necessary contact with clients and otherwise shirking duties. The St. Louis Arc is dangerously understaffed and higher level staff like Sharon Spurlock compound the problem.
While employed there I witnessed both of my managers, Casey and Darvin, question employees repeatedly over the course of several days about missing brownies. As absurd as this seems, brownies are more important than the clients at the Arc. My primary manager, Darvin, called my cell phone and put the conversation on speaker phone without my knowledge. This is like spying or wiretapping someone, a violation of my rights. Darvin is very authoritarian, a pure fascist.
After quitting the Arc I was shorted my last pay check. Perhaps the Arc felt they needed the money more than I do. Perhaps if they just asked me for money I would have happily donated.
I, Christian Peper, will continue to expose abuse by institutions of all kinds. I am sure that if Sharon Spurlock were terminated and minor changes were made with other staff members like Darvin, then the St Louis Arc would be a fine institution St Louis could be proud of. Sharon Spurlock, you need to take responsibility for yourself. |

One of my former managers, Darvin, was obsessed with an odd fundamentalist version of Christianity. He seemed to enjoy pushing his brand of “Christianity” on work time. As a Christian myself, I felt that the way Darvin promoted his strange version of “Christianity” on work time to be very offensive. Darvin was the most perfect Pharisee I have ever met. In his version of “Christianity” fascism and worship of authority is goodly and self determinism and individual rights are somehow evil and dirty. This is not someone that should be involved in dealing with the disabled. |

Urgent By Christian Peper: Internet vigilantes have been engaged in an organized and illegal campaign to slander my name. They have been hard at work putting words in my mouth (sometimes posting in my name on anonymous boards), slandering me, and quoting me out of context.
My supporters will be pleased to know that I am working hard (and will never stop working hard) to lower the age of sexual consent to puberty to increase the safety and lawfulness of sex. I will also continue to promote safer sex alternatives so that less youth contract HIV / AIDS.
In addition, I will also continue to expose organizations that promote the true abuse of children. Unlike those that defame me I am not an internet vigilante that pretends to be a savior of the children but really accomplishes nothing but slander and defamation of true heroes like myself. |

You want to lower the age of sexual consent to puberty and you are concerned about what OTHERS are saying about you??? Don't sweat others slandering your name. You're doing just fine on your own. Unfortunately, the sickness you preach, can be pervasive in this medium but don't expect it to go unchallenged by those that defend children (that would be as opposed to abusing them which is what you are preaching). Take your sickness to another forum!!! |
