I'm a nervous man at the moment. I received an e-mail a couple of days ago from PayPal advising me that "a customer of mine has lodged a complaint stating he had not received his goods. Here's the actual text; Item Not Received Dispute Open Case #PP-214-997-154 "do-not-reply@paypal.com" <do-not-reply@paypal.com> Ben Freckmann has opened a dispute for the payment made to you on nov.15,2006 indicating that they never received the item. Your Transaction ID:8VL41716TP118284D Buyer's Transaction ID:2V184750WV419180C There are many reasons why this might have happened. It could be that the item is still in transit or was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Sometimes buyers open a non receipt dispute too soon because they underestimate how long it can take for shipping and delivery. By opening this dispute, Ben Freckmann is asking for your help to resolve this issue. This is your best opportunity to resolve this problem before the buyer escalates it to a PayPal claim or files a chargeback with their card issuer. I am not "officially" a member of paypal but two years ago I filled in my personal banking information on line. I was nervous at the time and let it ride but contacted my bank to have them assure me that they could not get past banking security measures. [Most of the world still IS, when it comes to on-line purchasing.] The kicker is that I don't own a business and am gathering medical information to file another disability claim while on Social Assistance. I will be contacting the bank today to see if the information I gave this outfit has allowed them to screw around with my account. I read through a myriad of personal complaints on paypalwarning.com ... scary, very scary! Please give me your nickles worth. }} |

Hi 2C2BMore: You may wish to send a copy of your email to spoof@paypal.com. They will tell you whether it's legitimate or a fraudulent "phishing" email intended to get you to provide sensitive financial information. I suspect the latter. |

Hi Captian I have been attempting to email you. Have you changed your email? First, that PayPal is a Phishing (pronounced fishing) expedition. I contacted PayPal first time I received one. They're a nunsense. PayPal does not generically address emails. They will use your name and/or at least, I believe, the last 4 digits of your credit card or other such specific identifying info they have filed on you. The danger is in opening any of the links or obviously giving out info. Now secondly, I have just received the Judgemnent from the Ontario Superior Court from June 29, 2006 when the matter of an injuction was heard re: 10 million dollar TTI law suit against me. We have soundly won round 1. Michel will be posting it on our website soon I hope. I was contacted by Robert Fitzpatrick of Pyramid Scheme Allert. He will be writing an article on it. The Superior Court decision confirms my allegations and ties TTI and BIM to the WEW pyramid scheme. Send me your email and I will send you a copy of the Judgement. It is very detailed, clear comprising 19 pages of indepth probing by the Judge. I can see why it took nearly 6 months for him to write it. It was no rush job. Very informative. Pretty well a definative answer to pyramid fraud. dave www.crimebustersnow.com gatoraid@sympatco.ca 905-963-3389 24/7 We return calls toll free in North America and 22 countries world-wide |

Tell you what guys - if you google PayPal you'll find a site where someone put together a ream of complaints they have about the outfit. These indictments range from bungling incompetence to mind boggling apathy.I guess one of the prerequisites of being a crook is to not care how you look in the eyes of others. They sure would qualify. fullofquestions is right! Sometimes your spirit receives the right instructions but we tend to ignore this. |

Don't open any unsolicited emails from paypal or ebay; they are sent by people trying to get your passwords and credit card info. Contact ebay or paypal directly about these. Never click on the links because even tho the site will look official it usually isn't - you can tell by reading the "address" in the box at the top of your browser. |

I'm a writer but I come up short on fact gathering skills a little. But I'm serious!!! There are many books/articles/blogs that need to be in circulation to educate Internet users. If we can't invite the legislators in the circle we need vigilantes to put a few bullies lights out. Pardon my aggression. According to one web site, on a pole taken, 90% of the music download sites are rip off artists. I read that after I wanted to download mp3s and song lyrics on some old songs and gave out my mastercard no. What a goof I am. |
