Now, please note. Notice the lawyer's letter states... "This email is scandalous and defamatory." He does not write slanderous (actually the spoken word) and/or libelous which means untrue or lies. Lawyers are masters at deception and misleading and making you believe you read something you didn't. Of course what Kippax is doing is scandalous and exposing it brings a blustering counter attack of being scandalous for putting in writing what this crook is doing. And of course it is defamatory, we already stated that in previous posting. We are defaming a crook in the public's interest by exposing his own actions by which he has defamed himself. We are simply reporting it, neither of which is liable or slander. Liable and Slander would be illegal and actionable and of that there is no mention in this "blown up" blustering intimidating letter by these "blown up" blustering "paper tigers." More "smoke and mirrors" from the "EMERALD CITY" in the imaginary "LAND OF OZ" just like the nonsense Kippax is feeding his victims. You have to really watch these clever, intimidating shysters. Right now in the U.S. they are defaming President Bush. If true it's not libelous. In other words it is not a lie and the public has the right to know. By the same token the public has a right to know the inner workings of Kippax corrupt pyramid "business" and the involvement of corrupt police and their families, corrupted to join this fraud. The likes of Dave Stewart, father of RCMP officer Harold Stewart Hamilton Ontario. Now, does anyone know if Dave Stewart is in the Maritimes perhaps visiting a sick relative and/or the several RCMP officers and at least one entertainer that the corrupt SLD (senior lead distributor) George Jenkins claims to have recruited into this illegal pyramid scam?
