Yes you can sue in small claims court. But the real suit is for damages for being "brainwashed" and lead into a criminal activity, and blindly leading others with the full knowledge of the police and particularly Michael Shibley of Industry Canada who refused to apply the laws of Canada against this pyramid fraud that anyone trained in his position would know or ought to have immediately recognized as a pyramid fraud as they did in the U.K. With police and government employees involved and the millions of dollars from victims "up for grabs" it seriously raises questions of "pay offs" in the police and government. It cannot, in my view be coincidental that after two years this company has been operating that they close down only a couple of weeks after being closed down by the U.K. government as a pyramid fraud scheme. We need all victims to come forward with their stories and pressure the government first for the removal of Michael Shibley from his position and then compensation for failing to protect consumers with consumer law. He failed miserably in his obligation to protect the public from a criminal, Alan Kippax, and his band of corrupt lawyers accountants and police officers. Every victim should be should be absolutely irate at the viciousness of this operation and being bullied with the well known "L&L routine. My name is xxxxxx (F), If I am posted I would like to have my name not mentioned because I am afraid of harassment. I have lost $2,400 but I am going to repay a person I got involved so I am out $3,600. I attended a meeting after one of my co workers kept going on and on about how great this thing was. Her Mother had joined it and she had as well. I told her that I would join as soon as her Mother made captain. About a week later she said she jumped up a spot and her Mom had made captain. I trusted her and went to a meeting. I saw Allen make a "special apperance" where he had a very moitivating speach to give after the usual speaker. I got carried away in the emotion of it all and they had me convinced it was legal. I have been told after that my co workers Mother never made captain, it was a lie to get me to sign up.
