That's just the simple way I thought law was supposed work, and does work in fact, when bribery, "lobbying," other forms of corruption, harassment, retaliation by false and perjured evidence do not enter the equation. TTI bragged months ago they had some 67,000 or more “distributors”. Now if TTI is even a fraction as “successful” as they claim “in voyagers making captain every 14 to 21 to 30days” (and we would hope they don’t lie about everything) they would, by now, have way over 100,000 “distributors.”...... Now, Perhaps without mentioning “rape threats” and 60 victimized women horribly dismembered and strewn about a pig farm, one of you Pro TTI might give us a figure of how many distributors TTI now has. I mean if the Canadian “wing” of this business is still as “perfectly legal” as always claimed, ...... and supposedly that opinion supported by government officials and high ranking lawyers and “written in stone” brought down “from the mountain” by a “fence sitting” modern-day “Moses”... you TTI guys should still be wanting to brag, boast and bluster about its successes and growing numbers. How about it? How many distributors now do you reckon? You see, Crime Busters Now would like to forensically analyse the “apparent” success of this company. Because, based upon the last TII “poster boasters” information, we would estimate a “distributor” force of over 100,000. Now, 12,500 only one time successful captains requires (8x1) 100,000 contributors (victims-CBN interpretation) each taken for $1200. The total losses then $120,000,000 (from 100,000 unpaid victims) that’s 120 million dollars in losses. We calculate, at the old, (lowest rate) crook Allen Kippax and company’s “take” at over 27% = $32,400,000. The sale of misrepresented optional emeralds, which are a totally separate entity from the pyramid fraud, adds millions more in “ill gotten” gains, good for 20-30years in a U.S. jail. One thing I have discovered...TTI (UK) sent out letters to their Distributors telling them they have gone into VOLUNTARY liquidation as from 13th December....Now I think this is a last gasp effort to avoid the High Court....and I don't know if this move is allowed...if it's legal etc...as far as I was led to believe,as the Official Receiver has been in charge of their accounts etc since Nov 29th...TTI couldn't make ANY move until the High Court heard their case....But I could be wrong...... June 2006 Ontario Superior Court, Milton Ontario TTI & BIM suing me for 10 million and seeking an Interim Injunction for a "Gag Order" on me personally and an Order to shut down CrimeBustersNow website. Undefended the tables were turned on TTI & BIM. November 30, 2006, Judge ruled that TTI & BIM were prima facie illegal under section 206 (1)(e)of the Criminal Code of Canada, and the Federal Competition Act.
