Join a class action suit, too

Apparently, CSI is ignoring backpay/refund request letters. Attorney Graham Berry is willing to tackle the situation as a "Class Action". For the moment the best course is to get your backpay/donation return requests out to Scientology, carefully keep copies of your letter and all certified mail, return receipt requested, forms. Have all those interested in joining the action get a mailing address to Graham Berry's firm, as we will be sending out retainer letters to those interested.

Additionally, the Labor Bureau, at least in California, is ignoring CSI fraud in connection with the statute of limitation, however, you should still attempt to make a claim through your state's labor commission and employment development department.
